Looks to me as though the 2002 scarring is the result of her tightening her stomach by having it pulled upwards with the long scar directly below her boobs. She must have asked for this to avoid distorting the tattoo she has on her original tummy tuck and would explain why her belly button is four inches too high. Not aware of consequences our Katie is she, she wants what she wants and she won't be argued with.

So a few pics of the state of her. Her stomach has been pulled so tight it’s affected her skin. Her face around the hair line and ears is messed up. Her boobs aren’t even the same size. In the pic of her in 2020 you can see how bad the scar tissue is underneath her left breast. Frightening how bad I bet they look in real life

I’m wondering if she’s had a full body lift? She doesn’t have the scarring for that though. That’s where the surgeon literally cuts a band of skin all around like a belt. They then pull the skin down from the top half, and up from the bottom half. Why is she even having tummy tucks or body lifts anyway!? They are for people with lots of excess skin. I had a body lift a few tears ago in Tunisia after losing lots of weight and having skin flapping about all over the place. It was a bit brutal and I got fat again so I needn’t have bothered, BUT this has resulted in me being a bit of a weird Weetabix shape like she is now! It’s like my fat cells didn’t know where to go, so to teach me a lesson they reproduced like never before and now all sit in my middle.

This is really puzzling me now, these are not pap shots, these are photos they are producing themselves with the photo guy they’ve got on this ‘work trip‘, and back grid sell them on to the papers. They are authorising the publication of these shots.
