Here we go, we knew it wouldn't be long before her family started making excuses for her! Although she has been saying that she has been going for weekly sessions at the Priory anyway so clearly those didn't help!

Obviously I have seen what’s happened and am over the moon.

I'm wary of diagnosing people's mental health remotely.

FWIW I think a skilled mental health practitioner could find that she has about 5 diagnosable conditions.

I think she's not that bright but she does have a "lizard" brain that is oriented to her own survival at whatever cost.

All those adverse things that happened to her, she never got herself proper help and those close family and friends around her encouraged her in the stupidity.

I was agnostic about Katie, until I ran the London marathon in 2018. Through a massive piece of luck - I was given (undeservedly) a VIP pass. The start time was 1000 and we were waiting around at 9.50, I was chatting to people in the tent and the nicest, kindest person I spoke to was Katie's marathon coach. He was worried that Katie wouldn't show as she was running for British Lung foundation charity that day

In the end she pulled out after about 10k but I realised then that she was just so fake. She gets good people (like the running coach) involved and makes them look stupid by her crass behaviour.

Can the Police apply to look at the phone, say through a court order if they have it, there are several ongoing court cases, ie DV, bankruptcy, KH?
But you would hope the Police would of looked at both their phones for the DV anyway

They can only look at the phone for harassment case.

The dv case - she is victim phone doesn't need to be hand over her phone.

All of the other cases are separate issues. The police just cant take a potential criminals phone and find details of multiple crimes and then use all that evidence for convicting different crimes.

I am sure you can all see I am a new poster long time lurker.

My specialism is legal admissibility and evidential weight with a particular interest in electronic communications which is why I had to respond to previous posts.

I've just finished watching the video, very interesting and confirms a few of my thoughts.

I don’t want to get too excited about her going to prison. I really 100% thought she would go the prison with the drink/drug car accident, but she got away with jail on a technicality. Maybe because, as I understand it, the texts were sent to Kieran’s phone and not direct to Michelle, this is another ‘technicality’ ! I hope I’m wrong. This creature is so arrogant and smug, she thinks she’s above the law. Let’s hope finally her toxic behaviour is her undoing. Channel 4 need to cancel that show now Too.

Im not exaggerating when I say that Katie Price , people like her, and people that glorify her behaviour are what is wrong with this country.They are beyond selfish, and are contemptible. I have come to the conclusion that the Law, the full force of the law only seems to apply to the law abiding.
People can make mistakes, bad mistakes even, but they accept what they have done is wrong, are sorry and try to live a better life.
But not Ms Price.Its nothing to do with education, employment,class, childhood.Its down to decency and respect and empathy.Has she ever “been kind” in her life?

She had no idea the police would turn up, because she is that fucking arrogant, thick ... which hopefully means, she has alot of recent messages on there, particularly with this Keiron allegation .... my son who is far more techy than me, tells me, just because the owner of the phone deletes messages, its all still on the providers system, and police can retrieve them ... that phone, the police now hold, could be the final nail in the coffin for her ... we live in hope!!!

Jordan was and still is the real her ... the 'Katie Price' persona was the creation of Clare from CAN in an effort to rebrand her ... she cant keep the act up though and consistently reverts to type

I was bored last night and watched 2 early My Crazy Life (never seen before, curious, don't judge me!), just after Kieran had cheated on her (for the third time). In 2 episodes she:

1. Made a quip on the phone to a chap she'd called about doing some gardening about how she'd never have a hairy bush
2. Asked a man who'd come round to look at doing some work on the MM if he used to wank off to her pictures. Also told him she wasn't wearing a bra
3. Asked a 20 year old man, who was attending her debate at Oxford University, if he was a virgin. He was embarrassed and said his family would be watching but she just laughed
4. Made a joke to her MOTHER about 69 being her favourite number

Can you imagine if a man had said/done all of the above? It would come off as very creepy. And it does here too, none of these situations were flirty or sexual, but she makes them all sexual. God knows what it's all about.
