James Smith, he’s an English Guy in Aus. Bit of a mind guru, self help, straight talking, gym guy. Likes using the words duck and bleep quite a bit, so he’s right up my street.

I’m feeling generous this morning, so Kate, here’s a tip for you. You have mentioned a number of times that you didn’t want to do you morning shuffle because you felt sluggish. Change your diet. The only way you are doing a calorie deficit is if you are starving yourself before stuffing your face with the oil laden gifted meals you are eating. So change that and you won’t feel sluggish. Simple.
Im here all week for other bits of advice you won’t follow.

I'm wearing sunscreen, lip balm, mascara and a bit of brow powder in the daytimes at the min and only wearing the last two because I'm a bit fair and bald- obvs can't afford haair buurst cos I'm a UC troll

I only really wear make up on a night out, I don’t like the way it makes my skin feel. Everyone always comments how good my skin is and I’m in my 40s so I must be doing something right

He struggles to sing row row row ya boat 😂 conversations ain’t happening in that house no matter how many times Kate says they have conversations in the evening. He doesn’t even talk to her in the car on the train he just ignores her 😂
