Surely they would have been uplifted after removal or what would be the point, (be like 2 socks with a golf ball in) unless she didnt have enough paper to pay for the uplift so they just took the implants and sewed her back up.
After my uplift and reduction mine was sitting really high up but eventually dropped a bit (sadly).
