I agree with the comment of it being a good investment and it does save the hassle of moving again and again
the only thing, and this is my opinion, buying a house as it comes show room wise feels a bit meh
Like I’ve got bought my house with my BF of 4 years and we’ve had so much fun buying the furniture and painting it
but if that’s what she and Jake want then fair play ...house is lush

The law of attraction is very real. She’d have real friends if she was just more real herself.
She comes across as someone who will always look down on you so from that perspective I can kind of get why she doesn’t have many friends as she’s kind of unapproachable. Oh never mind, she’s on his story. I still find it bizarre how she has no friends, goes to show money and people telling you how stunning and amazing you are 24/7 can’t buy you happiness
