I am by no means an expert, but surely he's got to win re the defamation re sexual abuse? How on earth can they find in her favour in terms of the sexual abuse? I honestly believe that if he'd raped her with a bottle, like she claims, she would have been completely destroyed and needed urgent medical attention.
I doubt Turd can afford to appeal.

He's already won in terms of public opinion, but I'm pretty certain he has a good chance of winning too. Amber has nothing and it's up to her side to prove what she said is true, she can't especially as a pp just said, with regard to the sexual abuse claims.
Yes I agree. The sticking point is whether anyone at Disney read the op-ed in the Washington Post. We've only had one representative from Disney and she was useless. Unless, the jury go on what the show biz attorney said - that JD lost work......it's difficult to prove defamation on all points
Yeh but even her own talent agent said in her video deposition “ who’s going to want to work with someone who’s been accused of dv” or something along those lines. And she might have a slight bigger problem if it is true that she is being investigated for witness intimidation.
There is circumstantial evidence allegedly linking her to doxxing, harassment and making false police reports.
So it doesn't take a leap of imagination....

I think your summary of JD’s relationship with women is pretty astute.
ive read about how abusive JD’s mother was, and when he was 15 his father walked out on them because he couldn’t take it anymore. I get that he was a victim and probably very vulnerable but there’s something very sad about the fact he left his kids to deal with the monster of a mother and fend for themselves.
I was surprised that photos exist of Johnny with his mother in older age and that he kept a relationship up with her. IME (narc parents) it really is better to cut ties, create distance and heal from afar. Accept they won’t change and stop hanging on in the hopes they will.
I really think JD maintaining a close relationship with his mother, has prevented him from doing a lot of work on himself and healing, and potentially stopped him from relating to women in a healthier way
