Why is doggy going to his grandparents for 2 weeks?Picked up my three course fancy dinner on the way home from work and then had a good cry while driving because I realized after tomorrow I won't even have my dog waiting for me at home for two weeks.And normally I'd take advantage of this and have ahem, guests over (dog does not permit any visitors outside of our immediate family) but I don't even have any prospects.
And then, to add insult to injury, Alex Turner came on the radio and reminded me that I gotta be up in the morning, so I should have an early night, and fuck these time zones baby, wish I didn't get drug tested so I could get high.
But the food is very good! Got the butternut lasagna (plus a salad w/ goat cheese and pickled cranberries) and a pumpkin roll.

Because of all the overtime and very long days I'm going to have in order to support the big national thingy we all do a week from Tuesday. And it's convenient timing because when I got home today there was a notice on my door that the new management is doing their annual maintenance inspection on Nov 1 - thanks for the lead time, assholes - oh, and not even a 2 hour window, just sometime during business hours - so I'd have to board him all day anyway or stay home and be ready to take him outside as soon as they knock on the door and then ask them to stand several feet away while he desperately attempts murder and sounds even scarier.
