I find it pretty terrifying that within days of him moving house strangers have found where he’s moved to & seen the layout and interior of his house, where the entrances are, whether there are any weak points security wise etc. That would be enough for me if I were Rosie to insist on privacy for my kids. What’s stopping some nutter doing something terrifying? I mean he has a lot of money but no sense!
This review from 2016 in the article is scathing! Isn’t it crap that they now think the sun shines out of his arse?

Rosie isn’t active on social media which I assume is because she wants a degree of privacy - they seem such a mismatch in that regard.

She is part of the Wean in 15 brand though. I can’t believe she’d let him overshare so much if she really wanted to keep her family private.
Plenty of famous people manage to conceal where they live but if course Joe has to brag about what he has at the expense of his families privacy.
If he’d only shown the gym and a part of the kitchen when he’s cooking etc it would have been much more difficult to find the house and much safer for his family but he couldn’t help himself, he had to show off.
I think that’s his type. Just did some reading about his ex. (After my last post)
an article from about 3 months ago in the daily mail quotes joe saying he wasn’t very nice to her in the end, a lot of comments allude to him cheating. Apparently there are rumours about him cheating on Rosie too.
I found it interesting that Caroline was very low key and appears to be pretty successful and independent in her own right. She also looks very similar to Rosie.
my guess is Caroline matured/was too independent and successful for him and his ego.
Rosie is Caroline but without the career and independence, ergo he will always be the one in control ultimately. He is the breadwinner and the star of the show. She lets him gets on with it and enjoys the quiet life of luxury.
kudos to Caroline for keeping quietly dignified, but a part of me would love for her to give her side of how he wasn’t “respectful” at the end. I’m guessing it would be a blow to the carefully curated nice guy image he works hard to maintain.

A few times on stories he showed furniture stacked up in the hallway where they’d emptied rooms to do filming, At one point I think their lower level front door was blocked by sofa etc. I remember thinking that would be really annoying and they could afford a bigger house so he has dedicated rooms for filming contents. The new place is a serious upgrade!The whole outgrowing the house I don’t think it was just a room thing. He said about kids toys and scooters all over the place in his podcast with gi. He’s got an incredible garden now for those kids and I guess storage for all those helmets so no more living room helmet displays
God damn. I am not a fan of all the tile throughout the whole house... hardwood is nicer. And the kitchen doesn't even have a nice thick stone counter..you think for that price, it would or nice wood cabinets. That is expensive for what he got. In my part of the world you could get a lot more house and yard for less... anyone know the square footage? I always find it frustrating that UK agents never post it.

I find his dress sense very off putting. It seems as boring as his personality. Most of them do have sq ft on them but not that for some reason. I’d guess about 7000 sq ft, maybe a bit more
