Of course he’s chosen to homeschool from next year. Indie is compulsory school age on Sept so he can’t swan off to Australia/LA/wherever else when he fancies it if she’s enrolled in school. If he registers her as homeschooled he can take her wherever he likes.

There’s no chance he and Dozie will educate them. They will 100% have a tutor. I just feel sad for those kids that they won’t have the non educational side of school.
---
And I wish he’d be honest about why he wants to homeschool. Its not about spending time together it’s about being able to travel where they want when they want

bleeping homeschooling.

Christ on a bike. What a disaster this will be. I hope he does employ a tutor because there is absolutely no way this pair of self obsessed toss pots will put in even a fraction of the planning and effort and commitment involved in home schooling. Let alone having an ounce of skill to begin with.
It's more than a bloody activity book and a half arsed flick through some flashcards.

And just being on a perpetual holiday in dirty clothes with no shoes on isn't adequate either.

My word.

No joke their kids will have stories of the traumatic childhood worse than Joe's. He isn't homeschooling for any other reason than he is a selfish prick who doesn't want to be tied down by term times. I'm completely wound up by him. If you have a problem - make love or exercise. What if you have no money/lost a loved one/suicidal... Read that you twit, and then make a video about how exercise makes that better... I could not feel more sorry for Indie. She may have a privileged life but she won't be able to live it any way apart from what her Dad selfishly wants

THIS. Couldn’t have put it any better. Money doesn’t make you any better parent if you have no brains and thought for what is best for your child

Whilst I appreciate that it is not the same but my son started reception the September after covid hit. He was ‘home schooled’ for the best part of two terms and his first term of year 1 was messed up too from memory. He missed out on so much socialisation and school experience and a lot of parents that I talk to feel the same about their kids.
School isn’t just about numbers and phonics and homeschooling whilst works for some (all homeschooled kids that I’ve known were bleeping weird sorry), it needs to be done for the right reasons and we the reasons that Joe is doing it - because he’s an overbearing selfish prick. I can’t imagine putting myself first and my love of holidays over my kids needs - there are enough halfterms and school holidays, particularly in private school
Jesus what a weapon

He definitely thinks his way is better than the teachers way. And most likely thinks he’s giving his kids an ‘education’ by taking them for skateboarding lessons in LA and fancy hotels all over the world. He’s too stupid and self absorbed to realise he’s limiting those kids from a young age. Imagine the documentaries Indie and Marley can make about their childhood like Joe did!

Christ, neither of them are bright enough to homeschool. Especially Dozie 😳

It’s gonna be a hippy lifestyle but with money isn’t it. Except they won’t be going off grid and rejecting modern living. Just travelling when they want and not washing the kids and letting them walk barefoot everywhere. While Rosie eats like a bird and Joe does Ice baths.

In reality they don’t like the constraints that education puts on their life and holidays. I really hope they are employing tutors or nannies or someone that can actually educate them, yes kids learn from life experiences but not these two!

He is 💯 only homeschooling so he can carry on with all the holidays and being a selfish knob !

This prick! Is he insinuating that people who send their kids to school don’t enjoy spending time together as a family?! He says this twice in his stories. I can’t see this being popular with his adoring fans. He’s already totally out of touch with his lifestyle but this is just bonkers.

I know someone who has kids at the same school as Indi. Apparently she was constantly out of school for all of their holidays, especially the Australian one where they were away for a month.
He barely showed his face at school, and when he did it was head down refused to speak to anyone. Would pick her up early and go out of the back gate instead of seeing parents. Drop her off late etc. Considering all of his PE with Joe bullshit, he refused to get involved in her school at all, and never showed up to anything including sports day.

Story 1 - we are homeschooling to spend more time as a family.
Story 2 - the key to a happy relationship is time alone.

🤣🤣🤣

Can’t wait to see his home schooling schedule if him and Dozie are doing the teaching
9:30am - Fonick’s innit
10am - Adding and taking away
10:30am - Burpees and Star Jumps
11am - Nap for Joe
12pm - Family cooking (food made by hired chef)
1pm - Picture posing with Dozie
2pm - Home time so Joe can go for an ice bath and a gin ton

I suspect school have acted entirely appropriately and raised a safeguarding concern about a frequently absent unkempt child whose parents have paraded her in a state of undress (and wetting herself) on social media. Add in that anyone with a brain cell can see her Father has manic behaviour and probably has gin ton breath at school collection and it raises many a red flag.
Home schooling is their bratty response.

He clearly hasn't considered that some of his adoring fans will follow in his footsteps and also take their kids out of school, except the vast majority of them won't have the resources to hire a tutor/nanny/ give them the rich experiences of travel etc, so those poor kids will be left with no education, no social skills, no life experiences and a very small world

I assume it’s a private school and I wonder if the cost of fees has also played a part. He’s been talking about struggling with engagement on reels and you tube and reaching new audiences. His app is always on sale and all these holidays (while probably used as work trips) will still have added up, plus the cost of running 3 houses. The cost of living must be having an impact. He wouldn’t admit the private school is one way to save money. He’s hardly had value for money, he’s paid fees for a year and she’s missed a lot of it.
