What a bleeping hypocrite!! Ate all that tit in the hotel room and then laughed about the fruit “as if I’m going to eat that when this is here”. In 5 minutes he’ll be lecturing on mindful eating and choosing the right food that’s good for us, and isn’t processed and is full of nutrient. Of course Saint Joe of Beggingham Palace doesn’t need to follow these rules as he’s just shown by hoovering up all that tit!!! The issue is Joe cannot see the irony. He spouts on about how we should all be in bed early, exercise and cook meals from scratch…..but as soon as he does a day even slightly resembling a day at work he is all over the shop with disordered eating. It’s only manageable when at home doing duck all apart from ice bathsWait till the come down after this week
It's the stories of him pinching his 'fat' after he's ate 'bad foods' that are so damaging and I don't understand how he can't see that
