People are queuing up for four hours to meet him and he only wishes he could spend more time with them (psychos) so he could hear more about how PE with Joe not only changed their lives and the country but the entire world. Changing and saving lives.

Good god you’re right, he’s lost all perspective. What a throbber. Saving lives with his HIIT workouts, wowwwwww who needs the NHS hey! Major narc vibes, the man needs to get a grip on his ego before it’s too late.
I know we laughed at what a prat and bellend he was but lately it seems like he has lost all touch with reality. Reminds me of when cult leaders start getting sinister. The delusions of grandeur and the posting of the increasingly unhinged messages he is being sent by people who are treating him like some sort of saviour are crossing a line imo. I'm genuinely wondering if he is having a psychotic episode??

Yes I also noticed he wasn’t travelling in the Mini with his own kids or Rosie. I suppose we cannot expect him to have to travel with his family now. Further suggestion they’ve come along against his original intentions. Bet he thought he was absconding for a week without them. Cue a bike ride next week.

I don’t think Id go so far as to say he’s bulimic, but there is definitely an unhealthy relationship with food there, where he gets into these binge-whinge-exercise cycles very frequently.
They’ve probably been put on the megabus and expected to be at the next destination so he can roll out the kids and show what an inspirational family man he is
I watched an interesting documentary about bulimia (might have been Freddie Flintoff's one) and the Dr was stating that bulimia is not just purging after eating. It is also over exercising BECAUSE you've binged and the cycle of binging then exercising. So, I think he could be associated with this disorder because he definitely binges. Not sure he is over exercising though but definitely uses it as a crutch
Glad you mentioned this, that documentary was really interesting and opened up my mind to the world of eating disorders and bulimia in particular as being more complicated than I first thought. I think more of these so called fitness gurus have issues than they will admit.
There was a BBC documentary also about orthorexia and one of the specialist clinics said that you would be surprised how many of the well known fitness/healthy eating influencers were actual patients. So, yes, agree there is probably a lot of people we know with big issues surrounding exercise and healthy eating
