He's 'angry tired' because he's had to work for a couple of days!!! And craving junk food. FFS - might give you a bit of insight into how 99% of the population have to live. Always tired and hence always wanting something quick to eat after a commute and full day of working. My God, he is such an insufferable twat.

I'm sorry but I find this infuriating. Joe Wicks is not going to solve the mental health crisis in the country with a documentary that everyone will forget about after watching it. It's insulting. I know I'm a bleeding heart lefty (and the majority of this country completely reject my politics) and the answers to dealing with our huge mental health crisis in this country are complex, but I know where to start:
Safe affordable housing is mental health care
Access to quality healthcare is mental health care
A living wage is mental health care
Paid leave is mental health care
Being able to afford to feed your family is mental health care
I could go on. It's not rocket science but doing a HIIT workout is not going to be a quick fix. Unless Joe is planning on bringing about real structural and policy change in this country, he's not doing anything about mental health, he's just out for more self-promotion. And it's a shame he's throwing his parens under the bus to do that.

FFS - between him and that parasite that is Captain Tom's daughter who thinks she's a hero too, Wimbledon are clearly mistaking biggest lockdown heroes with biggest lockdown c*nts. Why not give that to say, nurses that worked on the ICU holding people's hand as they died without their family? I honestly despair of the values in this country nowadays.

The videos of him pinching his 'fat' and the face he pulls after. I dont know how he can't see that it's so damaging and could really harm people who are obviously following him for weight related reasons.
A young lad/lass following him potentially sees that and thinks wow if he's fat then I definitely must be and restricts themselves completely. He needs to rethink what he's posting especially if he's going to be the mental health advocate he's aiming to be

Remember that horrible thing he did with Indie so she wouldn't be a 'fussy eater'. Would server her the same meal until she ate it and if she still wouldn't eat it she's be sent to bed with just a bottle? That was just unbelievably horrible and he did that to a baby! I've seen some unsavoury parenting on Instagram but that had to be the worst.

I think he’s been asked to limit the amount of family content he shares on his ‘work’ account, either by Rosie or by someone else. I bet it’s killing him not to boast about how advanced Indie is, she must be reading Harry Potter by herself now surely?!
The problem with Joe the St saviour of PE is that usually he's running off on some exotic holiday to reconnect with Rosie or going to stay in his other home in America. He's not been able to do any of that the last Year. Instead he's had to live his life like the rest of the population (albeit in his mega mansion) and he can't cope. I wander how he'd manage if he had to work 9-5 every day and juggle the kids with Rosie out at work too whilst only having one week abroad each year - he hasn't been able to run away from his life and he's probably realising he doesn't really like the one he's got.

The facebook co mments were NOT flattering! I even sent it to my group WhatsApp chat - they know how much I loathe him and even my neutral friends were saying 'what an absolute arse'!!
the lies!!1) There was not a single point during any of the lockdowns when he didn’t see some of his family
2) The comedown was similar to winning an Olympic Gold. I must have missed the day Joe Wicks won his gold for HIIT workouts.
3) Mostly cooks healthy food. Apart from the loaves of midnight bread and marmalade and family Gin-Ton evenings, kids included.
4) Worst childhood ever. Except his parents repeatedly told him they loved him and kept him safe and warm and fed but they were shit parents because they were mentally ill and argued a lot. Love how he misses out all the holidays to France they went on??? What a way to thank your parents by dragging their past repeatedly into the media. Another sign of shit parenting is disappearing off skateboarding at the first sign of your kids moaning, leaving your wife to deal with them.
This man is an ABSOLUTE tool and the sooner people wake up to him the better.
