There are additional choreographers for the specialist dances and couples choice. I'm not exactly sure which dances they are, an exactly how it all works in terms of taking the extra choreography help. But generally for the Latin and ballroom the individual pro choreographs and teaches the routine.
Based of Joes time he and Dianne had a choreographer for street commercial,Salsa and the Argentine tango. There is a possibility they had a little bit of extra help during the middle group section of the quickstep but I’m not sure and it was probably no more than for spacing and timing.
The Charleston has outside choreographers as well.
)The pro dancers choreograph the 10 latin & ballroom & American smooth on their own. Jenny Talos has been the charleston choreographer for years, Tommy Frazer & Lizzie Gough are the street/commercial choreographers. For Salsa the pros can do it themselves or they have access to the show choreographers, who this year are Josh Keefe & Ash-Leigh Hunter. For Argentine they can use Vincent or Flavia or show choreographers. The pros usually have a few hours with the choreographers bon Sunday to plan & film dances then they will have maybe two days with the choreographers and celeb to go through it.
I can't help but feel this is 100% deliberate 9n Joe's behalf. She's completely tied to him so as soon as she comes to her senses and realises she actually deserves better than his complete control of her life and constant put downs, there's nothing she can do about it unless she's prepared to lose a lot of her current career.I feel like if they want to split someday, they would find themselves in a dilemma. I guess money-wise, they are pretty much entangled. This comes from the management company of Dianne which is Joe's own company (?). But okay, maybe this can be solved somehow. But then there are alllll the fans. They would get crazy. There is almost everyday an issue with them just because Dianne is partnered with Max. Imagine if she is single or finds another bf!
I really like her. And I feel already sorry for her of she someday realizes that Joe and her are not compatible anymore (which they are not IMHO, Joe treats her badly) then she will find herself in a mess

Stacey still follows Max and Dianne on Insta.I don't know what kind of fans of them you see on social media but those I follow are actually supporting Dianne and Max full stop, almost tweeting more about them than Joe and Dianne. I also don't think Joe is such a bad boyfriend as some of you may think. In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised at how supportive he has been of her. And the way she talks about him and their relationship, it doesn't look like he's treating her badly. I agree though, he did put her down a lot in the past and but thankfully that seemed to have stopped (or at least I haven't seen him doing it in quite a while).
And who says that Max is cautious of touching her because of their fans? It might well be because of Stacey who by the way seems to have unfollowed him on IG for some reason. There was also an article going around about her 'warning' him over his chemistry with Dianne. So maybe not everything is Joe's and his fans' fault?
On a side note, I'm still trying to erase that horrific Simpsons dance from my memory
