Just wondering if anyone saw her pink dress on sale? Asking because when I checked the website at 12.30 on Friday it wasn't on there. It looks like she gifted it to all of her cronies so I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't actually on sale!

I know! It’s so warm out she could just shower quickly and go out with her hair in a wet bun. She’s just a slob and she seems to relish it atm

This is exactly what I did today. Went for a run and was meeting my friend after, jumped in the shower in between and just went out with wet hair which dried naturally quickly in the heat. Took me 15 minutes, would never ever have turned up to meet her covered in sweat

Random but I genuinely think if Jess caught Covid she’d struggle , my partners aunt leads a very similar lifestyle to Jess, and is around the same size as her. She caught Covid in March and was STRUGGLING! She was on a ventilator and very near died because she couldn’t breathe. She got induced into a coma and everyone thought she was a goner. She’s now better but still struggles to walk !!!! Jess isn’t even being careful. She’s mixing + travelling like Covid doesn’t exist....

She is probably vaccinated due to her BMI.

Ooh, you beat me to it. Cold showers make the body heat up as it naturally tries to warm us to the right temperature.
Whereas having one as hot as you can bear sensibly will make the body naturally try and cool it down.
It does work

Same for drinking tea or a hot drink in hot weather as opposed to drinking an ice cold drink which you would naturally reach for
The hot drink quenches your thirst more!
I know it sounds crazy but it does really work
