Nothing boosts sales like going radio silent the day after launch. Surely as a lot of the country have just been paid she'd be sensible to be trying to promote tit right now ...
They're silent because for the first time in their lives they actually have some work to do.

Awful taping of the boxes being dispatched. Hardly showcases the premium feel they’re preaching. Learn to tape a box properly.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes too much ‘hard work’ packing the orders themselves so they end up just ordering directly from the suppliers and sending to their customers. Just cutting out the storage unit warehouse bit. Making their ‘business’ even more redundant

Yeah, they aren't doing anything wrong here. I don't get why people are getting their knickers in a twist. It would only be wrong if said employee was sat in the unit and working there as a place of work. Using it as stock storage isn't a problem.
They said they have two employees working for them

Regardless of whether they have one or two employees, unless they are sat working actually in the lock up they aren't doing anything wrong. Storing stock in a lock up is not the same as running a business out of it.

I think they are the 2 employees! Or the parents as child minders!
But storing stock is one thing, printing labels, packing for 9 hours is another 🤷‍♀️

I doubt the are doing that though. No bloody room unless they have paid for a massive space which seems unlikely. They are probably gonna go once a week, pick up the stock and bring it back to the house and do it. Hence the next day delivery charge but we will dispatch it when we can be bothered.

It’s such a colossal shambolic flop. You can see they are panicking about their future security. The next thing will be they will move house but neglect to share that they are downsizing because they can’t afford the house they are currently in. Their content is crap, “their” products (not really theirs though they are only selling it on) are overpriced and the whole “business” is a money drain. Dare I say it, perhaps they will need to join the real world in the next year or so!

No I think they are doing all the work at the ‘warehouse’. She posted a picture of a delivery she had had to the house and was going to be taking it to the ‘warehouse’. I doubt they would take it, then bring it back to package when needed. Seems totally pointless.
I’m not sure on the rules on storage places but I definitely think they are working out of theirs

Depends on the size of the delivery. It would make most sense to have dedicated one of their many rooms to the business until they were sure it was sustainable. As they haven't done that though they don't have the space to store all the stock so you would have to transfer down to wherever you are storing it. Unless it actually is a warehouse they have or they have got a massive space hired I honestly can't see how you would be able to operate in a big yellow storage building unless they are sat in the corridor. Ironically the double height garage they converted into a mud room would have been perfect.

As much as I have to say about James and Carys it is funny how much people are going on at them. One for selling at the high mark up and two for having two workers. Is anyone concerned about big companies such as Primark, Next being fair and where there products come from and the big mark up prices? All businesses out there do it and everyone has choice to buy the products or not. For me it's not worth it but clearly some people think it the products are.

I don’t get the logic here, seeing a shes been getting the eczema since way before she started doing her own nails.
She also has a GP as a parent and mountains of money to find the cause of it and better treatment.

I definitely get this, but as ethical consumption under capitalism doesn’t exist there are two very different things: being a consumer with very little actual ethical choice (us), and starting up a business to profit off of exactly that (Carys and James).
I wouldn’t care nearly as much if that actually put an ounce of effort into anything they do, whether it be cleaning, caring for Amber, running a business that has some meaning etc.
Just to do something properly for once would shock me!

I thought this they have a large garden surprised the gym room didn’t get turned into their HQ since I doubt it’s hardly ever used!!

Yea I actually don’t understand why she is posting so much about this without getting help? She has GPS for parents who could advise her and if it’s as bad as she makes out surely her GP could recommend something or refer her to a specialist? She posts constantly about it but never seems to bother asking for help? I have no sympathy for people that constantly moan and do nothing about it?
