What is with the same repetitive bullshit she keeps posting… yes carys we get it you can’t fit in your clothes anymore! 
Yesterday’s stories. Like others said, so forced. Set the camera up, make her laugh, job done, turn camera off. “I realised half way through I could sing queen of the castle instead” - well that was obviously the first time you’ve sang her than then Carys else you’d have realised before 
As if they take turns to do ‘awake time/play time’ - I really hope they soon realise that being robotic with a baby is to miss out the spontaneous lovely bits - They bang on that every baby is different yet think Amber can fit into a pre designed mould, it’s so contradictory!
I’m also absolutely sick of her going on about her body no longer being perfect. You made your money out helping people pursue the perfect body Carys!! No one cares about your body except you!!! Your 3 months of not having a great body does not make you the authority on body acceptance. duck sake!!

Love, you’re not even 3 months postpartum. Did you really expect to have the body of a fitness model when your daughter is barely 3 months old when you didn’t have that body before & didn’t maintain an exercise plan or eat healthily during pregnancy (which is fine, but it seems like the only person with unrealistic postpartum expectations is Carys, no one else cares!)

Carys hun, we only have to look at your grid to see you are not shy about showing some skin. It’s not a bad thing but stop praying on the vulnerabilities of people with body confidence issues who can’t even look at their bodies in the mirror let alone dance around in skin tight clothes like you do on Instagram. All so you can have your 5 minutes of being a “body positive influencer” and bring in some views.

I just dislike her body positivity 
the other day when she was saying she was really struggling because she was doing too much, she put some "examples" of quotes you could say to yourself to make yourself feel better and they were all body related. So her struggles at the moment are all to do with her body, and nothing else it seems. Just be honest and admit it, post partum is hard. I think she honestly thought she would bounce back due to her previous fitness level (that she hadn't kept up for a while and was more legs and booty dominated, not core/abs) but now she's post partum and had to go up a size or 2, can't exercise as much at the moment, she's really struggling with her body image. Probably why they are now going to build a home gym outside because some dumbbells and a peloton bike won't be enough for her to get her body back

I’m not saying she shouldn’t be ‘body positive’, but this is by far the most flattering outfit I’ve seen her wear in a while.
What dig did she make at Elle and con??Recap:
- despite making digs at Elle Darby for installing a home gym, they soon after made one of their spare rooms upstairs a gym
- Carys had a meltdown about an eye test, claiming it to be ‘one of the most stressful experiences’

- Were playing card games at the table whilst waiting for food as they didn’t have anything to talk about
