I personally think this is out of order. Referencing drink and ciggies to a 3 year old, a couple of times is not on. He sounded disappointed when Leo said he wanted a toy from the shop. Leo wouldn’t realise he was joking and his face dropped. Did he expect his 3 year old to say yes bring me drinks and ciggies from the shop. He is not well in the head!
