I completely understand a phobia can take over you’re life, it majorly affects your quality of life , I wouldn’t leave the house it was that bad. My only advice would be to see youre g.p, my mother took me to our g.p and as a childbI felt better but I still didn’t go outside (this happened during summer holidays and we get 8 weeks summer holidays in primary schools in Ireland so I probably did my mam’s head in) however my msm was was the one who really helped me , she would deliberately take me out on walks to overcome my phobia , now im greatful to her for doing that because going into adulthood with a phobia will be tough and will affect youre quality of life, ive never had an adult phobia so dont take me too serious as Im not a professional but honestly see youre g.p would be what I would suggest maybe ? bring a family member for support and youre g.p will refer you someone who specialises and is qualified to deal with adult phobia’s x sending all my loveNo I still haven't seen anyone, but I'm lucky that I can avoid my Phobia...mostly.
I do feel bad that it can affect my family, but they're very understanding thankfully.
I didn't watch them with Prickenden (too busy watching The Watchers) but I did feel sad for the lady who wrote the post saying she felt the Speakmans could help her daughter.

I’ll tell you this though he looks a right grubby mess in foundation and eyeliner. I know everyone can be what they want to be and we have all these pronouns and what not. I support people being who they want to be. But if my husband came home and suddenly started wearing eyeliner and nail varnish I’ll be dramatic here and say I would be devastated. It’s not bloody normal behaviour.
