Ugh. Nice for her kid, isn't it? Not being worth decent food, as any old tit will do for him. Unless he's about to be given tit sausages for seven days, the most nutrition/protein he's going to get is half a tin of beans (rinsed? Not this time, she's bought cannellini as well) and some lunch meat.

I’m guessing dear heart @Pocahontas took inspiration from the glory days of MOD & FOD, who were so fashionable and cool that they didn’t wear two shoes, so it was ‘wear this with a boot, or a trainer’. This is not the first time that perhaps Jackie has been found out to be masquerading as someone else on Twitter, you may remember back on thread #51 there were discoveries, as recapped here by the wonderful @Pocahontas . What a day. I’ve hooted out loud many a time while catching up with the last thread. Only darling Jack would have such an obvious alt account .
But what I don’t understand in amongst JMs cosplaying at being poor is her constant assumption that all low income families don’t know how to cook or want to eat tit food (as in her weird concoctions). It’s the old assumption that income/wealth equals intelligence when we all know that’s not true. Also presumptuous on her part to think low income families don’t have the skills to cook/stretch out food when it’s a daily reality.
I’m sure there are some who would appreciate some education/guidance around food but she’s hardly providing any is she, other than ‘blitz it all in a nutribullet’? She’s not offering anything practical to help people day to day.
Also why is she bragging about feeding her child that food when for many people it’s their reality? They don’t have a choice and are trying their best with what they have. They don’t get to play pretend for a week before booking their M&S Ocado shopping.
Appreciate this isn’t adding anything new to what others have already said but it just doesn’t sit right. It’s like some weird white saviour thing in another guise.

Yes! She certainly has form. I’m imagining her removing and replacing Twitter heads like Worzel Gummindge.
This doesn`t answer your question directly but as I mentioned previously, I discovered Tattle around the time of DKL.
Can`t remember exact details but I had followed Mackie McMink for a while on Twitter. The thing is, I didn`t really look at Twitter much until lockdown.
I became aware of the JO outburst and I think, that's what made me look further. Frankly it`s all a bit blurred. Until then I thought Jack was a good person who was out to help people, rather than just herself. I hadn`t bought any of her books but did praise her to friends and suggest they get them from the library.
I`ve had my own issues with MH in the past, especially with depression and a tendency to border on agoraphobia so lockdown was tough at times. Of course I`m not alone in that but it felt like I was part of a community, even though I wasn`t directly participating in it.
I loved it when you went off topic and even bought vegan cheese for my partner on the cabals recommendation

I haven't been able to keep up properly as i've been having a lovely time barbecuing in the garden.
I have been laughing out loud at the posts though whenever I did get a chance to look in. You are all utterly hilarious and absolutely on fire this evening.
Her asda shop has really angered me.
Lots of things, but if I can just pick up on her insistence on doing a full weekly shop at Asda then lying on twitter that she prefers her greengrocers etc. If that's the case then just go to bleeping Asda once and get enough to do you until you can get to the greengrocer tomorrow. I seriously doubt she needed to buy all that fruit and veg today.
Is she about to suddenly and without warning need to self isolate? Is there a reason she needs to get seven days' worth of food in when her son is at school every day and she has plenty of time to shop properly?
The sausages, 17p cola, maize snacks and instant mash have also pissed me off. Why would you feed a growing child that crap unless you had no other option?
