Dustbin pickles 🤢
Yogurt cheese 🤢
Sausage and stuffing bolognese 🤢

I’ll give her one thing, she has an unrivalled talent for making food sound absolutelybleeping rank.
There's an element of misery to Monroe's recipes, isn't there? Unpleasant sounding combinations, the sort of thing you might read and go "ooh, that sounds nasty. Probably fine for poor people, mind. They eat directly out of the bins, don't they? Well no more! Now they can eat a delicious salmon, egg and toothpaste chilli from this recipe that I haven't checked but which I assume works so I shall recommend it to the public in a national newspaper!"

I'm morbidly fascinated by how she concocts labneh. I want to know, but I simultaneously know I don't really. But I do.

(And also if the muslin cloth suspended off the tap comes into it)

Hey guys, I'm so excited to finally share my recipe for instant Mediterranean vegetable soup!

Ingredients:
1x sachet of vegetable cup-a-soup
Pinch of dried mixed herbs

Method:
First, boil your kettle (you'll need to fill it and plug it in first!). If you don't have a kettle or access to running water, simply travel to your nearest hot spring and fill a mug about two-thirds full.

Add the sachet contents to a medium-sized mug and top up with the hot water. For a thinner or thicker consistency, adjust the volume of water accordingly.

Stir well - this step is important! If you don't have a spoon, you could use the handle of another item of cutlery, or simply dip in a clean finger and swirl around vigorously (make sure you use a finger you don't mind losing the fingerprints from; I personally use the middle finger of my left hand, but ultimately this comes down to personal preference).

Sprinkle over the dried mixed herbs, and enjoy!

(Now where's my book deal?)

I've got an amazing recipe for a glass of water.

It just requires one bag of supermarket ice cubes. Any brand will do.

You'll need a bullet blender to grind up the ice into tiny chunks. If you don't have a bullet blender, simply grate and chop the ice. Remember to use a clean grater, not one covered in chunks of old hard cheese.

Once you have ground or grated the ice, simply transfer to a clean tea towel. Suspend the tea towel from a carabiner and S hook over your sink, and position a glass underneath. Wait for 24 hours for the ice to slowly melt and drip through the towel into the glass below.

Et voila, a delicious and simple glass of water.

Serves six generously.

Wtf are secret scrambled eggs?

Just reading those has made my feel nauseous
---
45g instant powder per person, even with added water that isn't that large a portion (28g is approximately an ounce, so less than 2 ounces), mind you, it would be more then I could eat lol

I’m still laughing about how her ‘Chickenstrone’ is just a very basic minestrone (celery optional for some bleeping reason) with chicken stock cubes instead of vegetable 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 and then it even says that if you want it to be vegetarian use veggie cubes instead.
What. A. Plonker.

My favourite dream ever was one where Paul Rudd was my professor at uni and we fell in love and got married.
My brain balanced that out with a lengthy (eh eh? 😂) sex dream about Stephen Merchant. No offence to him as a person, but where did that come from

Exactly it could have been useful and in the tips section she does mention about saving jars and lids to reuse
These tips are pure Women’s Own c. 1985!

Gonna mither about the big roll tubes though: HDF does one fit a pair of socks into one?! Are my size 4.5s just not delicate, smol and pixie-like enough??? 🦶🧦

It's because you keep appearing in his dreams asking him to ban guest from Twitter. He is perplexed because he's like "who dat?".
Lol Elon waking up each morning wondering why a mysterious Gypsy woman keeps visiting him in his dreams, and looking for a deeper meaning. 🤣

It's very odd, in my dreams we're usually mates and just hanging out 🤷😂

No muslin suspended from the tap but pictures added
Just needs a mention of a "small bullet blender" to complete a Guest recipe bingo card. Cotton squares, POBP, dried mixed herbs, something that's going off and possibly harbouring diseases, misunderstanding and faking another food culture's basic recipe...

I feel like her recipes are for people like Giles and Mary from Gogglebox, who have the time to fan about with weird experimental tit

They are not for someone starting out on their own with very little money.

She's just so . Pointless.

I do hope there is a poster for her Fringe show in Celeryville. I just got a fab new pack of Sharpies!
