Whether that's true or not is another matter... Jack could just be trying to spread the blame a bit, and she has form for breadcrumbing all sorts of invented tit.
I had always thought of coke as being a sociable, party drug - but more experienced frauen have pointed out that habitual users can indeed end up using it alone most of the time... and that Jack's pattern of behaviour strongly suggests that that's what's been happening in her case.

Now I see you for what you are - an evil, despicable sociopath who thinks nothing of hurting and bleeping over people, even if they've done nothing to you. There's a special place in hell for people like you, and my only hope is that someone is shielding your son from this horror you are unleashing on the world. Sadly though, social media has made the world a smaller place and it's sadly very likely he'll be a victim as a result of the growing outrage around his mother.

How convenient that Jack's attempt to win sympathy - and money - by tweeting about past cancer scares is happening at the same time that her big batch of yearly Patreons is coming up for renewal.
I’ve seen a few tweets over the years similar to Jacks latest one (usually friends of a friend of a friend timeline etc) anyways they or a friend usually pops on to let everyone know they’re ok and getting help, and thanks for the concern etc.

She's deeply unpleasant, and specialises in victim-blaming - but she does have a substantial non-Jack history going back to 2011, so I don't think she's a sock.
I wouldn't be at all surprised to find that she's a prolific sock-operator herself, though.
She's awful. I can't work her out - sometimes I think she's just a massive Stan, sometimes one of those Internet agent provocateurs who just loves stirring it up, sometimes just an evil old crow who enjoys people's misery.
