I think we can make a fairly accurate guess
It's amazing to think that she breadcrumbed so heavily about it being her drawerful of dildos, but it turns out that she was actually more embarrassed by her £15k sideboard habit...

That's so gross anyway but even more so when she said SB was going to manage her Twitter and his teachers etc read her tweets

Ah Jesus, every time I'm reminded that her son apparently reads her Twitter/was going to manage it, it gives me the boak. She's out there tweeting about unruly flaps, Burger Boy escapades, drawers of dildos, That's Not My Fanny, and more. The shame of it.

Wow I’ve never heard someone describe learning music in such a way. Thank you. It’s beautiful. I tried simply piano 🍉 during lockdown and you’ve helped me realise that poor spatial awareness, focusing on the letters and poor fine motor coordination will have all contributed to me being a bit crap at it. At least I can cook food with texture though, so there’s that.
I've been playing for most of my life but I'm not a naturally talented pianist; it's more practice-makes-passable than practice-makes-perfect.

One of the hardest things I think about being self-taught or taught by app etc. is you often miss out on the theory that provides the framework for playing. E.g. it's fair enough to learn that 'Don't Stop Believing' by Journey has F#, G#, C# and D# in order to replicate the notes; but it's better to learn that the song is in E major, and to practice the E major scale and arpeggios so that when you sit in front of any E major piece, you have an understanding of how to move around the keys. In that sense, the music has a 'shape' upon the keys that becomes much more intuituve because you understand why the notes behave as they do.

So don't be disheartened, tenderstem! It's not that you're crap; it's hard as a beginner because it is essentially teaching yourself a new language. If you ever decide to go back to it, I'd recommend investing in some good music theory books alongside apps or video teaching (honestly the ones written for children are often the best).

Why are people still not asking why she doesn’t just get a bloody job??
partly it must be because the question kind of answers itself … who would employ her? she’s not only outed herself as a liar and a grifter, but she’s been consistently useless wrt delivering anything decent or on time - never mind decent AND on time, which would really be my bare minimum expectation of a member of staff reporting to me. And we haven’t even started on the pathological Twitter compulsion, which would put anyone off.

At least she only put photos of the sideboards all over her socials, could have been worse 🤷‍♀️

Jack: Mr Sunday, can you come and do my accounts tomorrow? Did you get my bank statements?
Mr Sunday:…
Jack: I’ve kept all my receipts! I have receipts from ten years ago!
Mr S: you mean those blank ones where the ink faded?
Jack: yes but I FORENSICALLY recall the details of EVERY single painful, penny counted out one.
Mr S: we don’t need those ones. I need the ones for…let’s see…the £15k you spent in…well, the place you’ve redacted. I need to know what those are dear.
Jack: DO YOU WANT ME TO -
Mr S: calm down dear
Jack: HONK!!!
Mr S: go and get a tissue dear. Now what’s this shop?
Jack: it was for furniture. I can write it off for work l though can’t I? It was basically free!
Mr S: what sort of furniture? A desk for work? We could probably -
Jack: (sniff) no sideboards to pose for my lover on
Mr S: *hangs up*

I think she's loaded. Cunning, devious and manipulative. Not stupid.
Unless she's spunked hundreds of thousands on coke and booze.I've no idea if that's possible considering the timeline.
Even taking in the furniture spends her various income streams ( a lot more than we know I reckon) don't account for it all. It's been squirrelled away.

Agreed. The whole of her sideboard splurge would easily have been covered by a single rattle of her tip jar. We have our £165k stocktake, but those purchases have been spread over a decade. Where has the rest of it gone?

Ooh, is this why redheads sometimes need more anaesthesia?? Fascinating!

Let’s face it guys, Jack never took that many or drank that much. She is a revolting person for lying about it.
I had a long conversation with my former therapist (a consultant psychiatrist who specialises in autism/ diagnostics) about his theories on how autistic people often process/ metabolise drugs differently to the 'norm'.
This riffed with my own experiences somewhat (I was sick for days after Venlafaxine, which is apparently not supposed to happen)
I've been on Tramadol before, but very cautiously due to its addictive qualities.
I know my weaknesses.
I know that age has changed how drugs such as SSRIs affect me, as well. Ones I formerly got on with I now cannot tolerate.
If Jack finds out about this autism theory though, then that's going to be her excuse, isn't it?
I was frankly shocked that it wasn't already.
"It's ok Guv, my autistic superpower, innit?"

I have just done a Les Mills bike class for 45 minutes.
I can no longer feel my legs , my fringe is stuck to my head and my bum has a category two pressure sore.

Might mention it on twitter and see if I get bearded creeps offering to rub me down.

(Add just vomited in my own mouth writing that to my ailments)
I read that as Les Mis bike class.

I feel really sorry for LJC as a narc victim but I'm still annoyed that she claimed jack invented healthy start vouchers and publicly endorsed grifty kitchen.

I have often wondered about how she came by her, er, distinctive writing style. I think she’s read a lot of misery lit, especially the late 90s stuff like Elizabeth Wurtzel and Marya Hornbacher. You know, middle class white chick recounts in highly dramatised prose how she nearly died fromdepression/addiction/ED etc

Then I’m also getting some top notes of Sylvia Plath (of course) and an undertone of jolly hockey sticks schoolgirl stories (I bet Mallory Towers was her first literary love).

occasional aroma of Marian Keyes and even a teensy bit of Martina Cole when she’s getting lairy on the haunted bird app.

All pasted over with a patina of that good ol’ literary liar and alleged sexist bully, James Frey.

the best thing is that it’s really easy to parody her style (it’s already parodic let’s face it) which is just one reason why these threads are so fucken funny
I also wondered if she had been into the 90s rash of female private detectives. The ones who tramped the mean streets in gumshoes before going back to their offices to bang out their findings on an old style typewriter and then filing it all carefully. There was usually some kind of social justice element and a quick detour for some sexy times with a hot lawyer/police officer. All rounded off with a badass shootout denouement from which our heroine would emerge triumphant.

But then they were all competent/brave/resourceful/witty so... 🤷

Can somebody cleverer than me who isn't about eleventy billion threads behind explain where this Facebook post from 2019 fits into the "autistic and physically unable to lie" timeline? I believe there was also a Guardian article about how fab it was to be sober around this time also. Just wondering why on earth anyone should believe that she's sober now when she blatantly isn't. I know people can relapse and I'm not judging. I just can't make head nor tail of her supposedly iron clad timeline which explains everything.

I’m on the fence. I think she has a lot of money coming in, but also that’s she’s broke. She’s way too chaotic (shambolic?) to plan her finances. And she’s shown she has expensive tastes for a number of products…. Zero impulse control. She pre spends all her advances, convincing herself she deserves it.

Asda has got all up in Jack's niche...
So which side of the divide does this fall?

Is it the Lee Anderson side where “how dare you assume people don’t know how to cook…the problem is they don’t have time…they don’t need lectures on saving money”

Or is it the Jack side of “see Asda is how you can be clever and make two shillings and sixpence last four months”?

Glen is the man. Get yourself onto #94- They have old skool toons on that one like Coolio.

Just joined a gym that has opened near me 🍉 I have never been a mad exercise person but enjoying it so far. Menopause weight sucks. Love old skool though so will enquire ❤
If they offer Trip classes at your gym, you should give them a go. It's basically RPM but with immersive graphics so it takes your mind off the pain of exercising 😁

I dont know, but i have been thinking about her campaigning as an addict former or recovering. She doesnt ever seem to signpost help to her followers that could be going through the same thing. After watching dirt the other night, i fell fown a motley crue rabbit hole. I loved/ love their music but never really looked into their history. Nikki sixx was big on heroin and was actually declared dead from an od. Its took him time but hes clean and working towards signposting the opiod epidemic in america. Apart from talking about her sponsor and AA. She doesnt sign post anything or even attempt to work towards laws or anything to help addicts etc. Its all about her.

It's probably a good thing for her that her credit rating is shot to bits. If she was able to get credit I can imagine her racking up a fair amount on cards with her taste for high end tat.
