Publisher: We need to get some attention for this new book. Who can we send a pre-publication copy to? I know! That author on Twitter whose new book is tumbling down the charts and includes dangerous advice, who is rude to everyone, and whose recipes don't work? Perfect! Wrap up a copy for her soonest!

Just clicked who Jack reminds me of.

Tracey Beaker.

Both live in fantasy worlds and tell outlandish lies. Tracey is a fictional child though so she gets a pass 😂

All the talk of covenants- suspiciously like what comes up when doing the conveyancing on a purchase 👀
Facts, am landlord of a multi flat house and she's chatting utter tit. The tenancies basically say "feel free to use the shared garden but the gardening isn't ur responsibility" 🤣

Still grunking but coming from the past to day diagnosed chronic (I assume she means complex which is what the C actually stands for you utter plantpot Jack) MY ARSE. It is incredibly incredibly difficult to find medical professionals in the UK who have the specialism and awareness to diagnose. Most are mistakenly diagnosed with BPD or other related personality disorders. It'd usually specialist psychiatrists that have to be consulted privately who diagnose, and more often it's after long and hard and expensive work finding a good, knowledgeable and experienced therapist where you'll become aware that it's CPTSD - and said therapists can't diagnose.

As someone with actual CPTSD who lives with the utter life altering and life destroying symptoms and repercussions of that, she can get in the bleeping bin trying to add another identity to her collection.
I bet 10 pumbles that she thinks chronic means 'the most terrible of them all' rather than long-standing/persisting.

If the front garden is communal, how will she plant her forever hydrangea?

Having owned a leasehold apartment in the past (before I lost it through some really bad life choices) I agree she is using tricksy words to make it sound like she's renting.
Leasehold apartments (usually 125+ years) have a landlord and you pay a management fee. You have to get approval for any alterations to the property (and she's been going on about the landlord allowing this and that) Though many leasehold properties do not allow cats and dogs, so we'll see how that pans out. They especially don't like pets to use communal areas and gardens.

God help her neighbours, that's all I can say. She's used to detached properties, she will have no idea how to behave when you are living in such close proximity to others.

Why is she determined to drag everyone down to the lowest possible point? There's no nuance in Jack's World of Pov, is there? Nobody can afford 60p on a can opener, everyone is destitute.
No one can a) afford one b) borrow one c) get ring pull only cans d) not eat canned food until you have a spare 60p to buy one.

Everything is absolutely awful, all the time and the poors have nothing. Just leaving my tip jar/cash app here in case you would like to contribute. Please do not spend your money on actual povvos in need of can openers. I need a new sideboard as my puddle has dried up (a chocolate and pear loaf was dropped in it and absorbed all the water creating a handy flood barrier).

We could crowdfund so they always get to go out every Tuesday night

Aww that was Super fan. I don't think she is such a big fan anymore. She struck me as a little vulnerable, ideal prey for Jack. Who remembers vampire boy. And Stuart? I wonder if he was the original neckbeard. Jack has a lot of contempt for her fans.
What about parcel man?! We NEVER found out what he’d sent!

May I mither back to this;

She had therapy because she gave her son basic range cereal?

So brave of her to overcome this trauma and now have enough money to buy high-end furniture.

Can you even imagine being cold & eating smart price food? What absurd patronising crap, and also just shows how brief (if at all) her experience of poverty was.

How insulting to anyone she claims to speak for.
Didn’t she proudly say the other day she’d finally stopped exploiting this child for monetised #content? This is appalling - should never have been published by the magazine.
