About how she turns a kidney bean burger into a soup then into a goulache then into a chili. The whole thing made zero sense. Apparently you can just chain all your meals together forever.

I know Fraus have been told off for counting (their own) chairs, teeth and spoons but I'm hoping the new counting is deemed acceptable because it highlights her spending habits whilst declaring herself the poorest pixie ever?
I’m still traumatised by the number of chairs I have in my house - monstrous

anyhoo - has she turned up yet? How many days until it’s permanently deleted, there should be a big countdown somewhere

This woman is pointing out you can't just go into a shop and buy one portion of an ingredient which is part of what makes cooking for one hard.

Awkward...
Cooking for one, deja vu food, you have every meal at least twice.
me: cherry pie my favourite
day 4: cherry pie, again

So basically Jack’s repulsive patronizing ‘meal solutions’ (I hesitate to call them recipes) are the food equivalent of the human centipede?

Shame on the BBC for still giving her a platform to spout this useless bollox too.

Sorry to disrupt the flow of conversation, but I just wanted to add that imo Hopkins took herself down by refusing to donate and apologise for a clear case of mistaken identity and then not turning up in court. Even then the victory had many critical observations against JM’s Twitter behaviour from the judge. It really wasn’t the big deal she makes it out to be and in any case the award was most part legal costs, as we all know.

I agree. I'm 166 days sober from alcohol and am working through the steps with a sponsor. I'm hovering between steps 4-5, and am in no position at all to address further steps yet. They're set out in that order for a reason; as you have to do the work on yourself, building your confidence and mindset as you learn more about yourself and your actions. For many people, substance abuse is the symptom of a deeper, bigger, wider problem. Until you own your sh!t, make peace with yourself and unravel what is causing you to use, you can't progress through - particularly step 8. Making amends to people.

You can share, you can contribute, but as one speaker said in a meeting (I'm paraphrasing), 'When you're struggling, lean on people who've been there before you. Using their strength to help you paddle your canoe back to safety when you're heading towards a waterfall.'

Every share in a meeting is useful, even if only to remind you you are not on your own. If you've gone through tough times before, you can get through the next five minutes.

I also see a specialised DAA counsellor, (drugs and alcohol), a psychologist; and my partner and I are in counselling together. There is no way she's made any progress. The AA community works if you do.

As an aside, if you are struggling and need some support there's a 24/7 fully online meeting called 319.

I've added the cat in because I could, it makes me laugh. Have had two absolutely naff days at work.

You’ve just made me visualise a human centipede, modelled out of grated spam and mince. Tbf, Jack’s conga line of burger matter prob tastes like it’s been passed though three bumholes.

Except this time no one will believe her or give two shits.

The most delicious thing about all this is that she brought it all on herself publishing that stupid pityme blog and she still hasn’t had the sense to delete it. You probably could have kept quietly grifting on Jack, but you thought it would get you more attention and cashos, and now it’s like the proverbial balloon, that one extra blow and KABOOM. You blew yourself up!

Her arrogance shows through so clearly, she offers zero help in reducing food costs and waste, yet just keeps repeating all her nonsense instead of going off and researching ideas and providing better info.

DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON SODDING BUNGALOWS WITH SODDING

Bungalows in Australia? They're garden sheds, usually asbestos pre-fabs too. When I first moved here and said that one set of grandparents lived in a bungalow, (English definition), people were horrified.

Yep, honestly without HH2 I’d have just carried on seeing her as a slightly annoying attention seeker on Twitter, and just carried on scrolling on past. HH2 made me thing ‘hang on a minute, this makes no sense’ and then I found myself here. She’s brought about her own downfall and I suspect she knows it. A grift too far.

I'm in South East England and our AA meeting doesn't give out sobriety chips.
