I’m sure the reason she didn’t do digital content is because she doesn’t know how and isn’t interested in making the investment in learning. She doesn’t want to be responsible for her own content, she wants to be the maverick pixie who hands her publisher a bundle of hand scrawled pages and for the publishers to deal with the pedestrian job of translating her genius into a book.

There's a really interesting article in Guardian online today (https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2022/sep/20/parentified-child-behave-like-adult) about being a parentified child. It really reminded me of the relationship between Jack and her son. I hope he's mot around whilst she has these meltdowns.
