1. They are, obviously, available on the NHS.
2. Jack lives in England and therefore has access to Right to Choose, meaning the NHS refer you to a private provider and pay for it.
3. I've never heard of assessments taking months or multiple psychiatrists. NHS waiting lists are long but not to weed people out. Sounds like you just got ripped off or were suspected of being drug seeking hun x

I was referred, diagnosed and starting titration within three months. NHS paid for it and my GP prescribes my meds at standard NHS charges. Her misinformation could stop people seeking help and is so fucking harmful. As usual.

I would imagine if this is true, the system is to ensure people are getting the right help and meds not to stop people abusing the system, not everyone has the same dubious thought processes as you Jack

and far left activist who didn’t support or vote for Corbyn *insert sure Jan gif here *

Isn’t it funny how each time she says she’s going to cook every day the main reason is to help her out of her depressive funk, rather than it being to help the POORS or because it’s her job. Gives her the perfect excuse when she doesn’t do it though I guess.
Yeah she’s a centrist at ‘best’ there’s nothing far left about her. I’m Corbyn left and voted for him to be Labour leader (when I was a member of the Labour Party). I knew deep down he would never be PM but the alternatives were a bit meh, we’ll never have a truly socialist PM as we’re too conservative as a county overall. Starmer is very Blair-like so stands a good chance of being PM (considering how shockingly bad the Tories have been, one of my cats could be) but even he’s meh.
Edited to add: the only thing I don’t agree with Corbyn about is Brexit, worse thing we ever did was leaving the EU.

Sorry, I proper went off on one there. Jack is a twat etc.

I know we had our vote and it's a laugh about Jack just not doing her recipe.

But how disgraceful is her disregard for others in not producing one, after just a day? If even one parent has been sat refreshing her feed since 3pm to see what her recipe for a budget dinner tonight might be - then that is shameful.

How dare she pretend to care.

Welcome to my Teemill store where I am selling JACK MONROE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND APOSTROPHES t-shirts. All proceeds go to posting one copy of this book to the shitty bungalow every day until she either learns or is imprisoned in a sarcophagus of them.

Has anyone actually made the pasta black pudding thing?
I have an abundance of pasta, and a day off with no firm plans. I'm willing to do it. I'll be fair, make it exactly as it says. Pics later today (after lunchtime I'd think).

Jack whinging that she didn't get paid for her time and labour???? WTF. She typed in some text on a website that makes and dispatches the items for you. If you're that petty about not being paid for your 15 minutes of time then don't fucking do it. And still no-one knows where the money went.

I'm never going to catch up but it's so worth the time to ensure I don't miss a single chaos, you're keeping me going in this heat!

The recipe memes reminded me of whatever the hell it was she did to that tea and hot chocolate sachet in Edinburgh but whilst looking for that I found this which is, imo, far superior.

Eight years ago she posted this. Eight. Years.
She is never going to change.

Jack's version of work is so unique.

What happened to all those expensive planters she bought to grow veggies in the front garden?
I would be interested to know if she is fully aware her statements are utter rubbish, or if she generally believes what she says about her work.

She was saying she couldn't type up some kind of recipe this week because she already works 14 hours a day 7 days a week. We're also led to believe she factors into this 10x AA meetings, one of which she is secretary for - presumably adding some Admin in. Alongside this she is a single mum who also owns a lively dog. She's also actively involved in at least one, but possibly two now, legal actions (presumably this is not part of her work?).

If you conservatively estimate that the dog gets 1.5hours of activity from Jack a day (she's a responsible pet owner don't forget), then she's suggesting that every day she has 18hours of work, AA meetings & dog walking/play. She then has to factor in her 30mins a day on Social Media, perhaps another 30mins just catching up on her libel actions & somehow some time to prepare 3 meals a day & watch umbrella academy with the SB. On top of this she is downsizing her house; meaning she is having to clear stuff out of her shed & also begin creating online listings for her house sale.

We're therefore presumably approaching 21hours a day & all this only really starts when she rolls out of bed around 11am. No wonder she's so tired.
