I'm going to write this in 2 parts. How fantastic J that i assume you can afford to pay for these people, however do you think you're actually making the most and getting the best resources from them? If meds aren't working Drs will say to come off them, so either they are working or you're not being completely honest with the professionals who surround you. Plus have a huge talk if you are saying you're under the crisis team that you appear to have a trigger worthy amount of medication and I don't say that lightly. Stick to the things you vaguely know about, which may honestly mean stay off SM and don't just think 'ha yes, I'm suddenly an expert in some far alt realm'.
My 2nd point, your post proves that you need to seek help regarding all of this. If my close friends and family saw me post something with absolutely no context they would rightly seek help for me there and then. (Whether I agreed or not, which has happened many a time) Rationally, people don't suddenly post going on about meds when the previous tweets allure nothing to that sort of convo and are going on about sandwiches. Oh well, someone update when JM responds. (JM, all of this is in my opinion. But maybe something to think carefully about, as someone who knows and is affected daily due to the lasting damage of over medication use.)

It’s dreadful in most places. Currently enduring telephone CBT myself and I’ve honestly had warmer conversations with my car insurance provider! Hope you picked up on my facetiousness, that level of support is as rare as rocking horse beep (and doesn’t always indicate need)
