One thing I've learned from Jack is not to just blindly believe what people in the media say.
I used to just read or listen to people's stories and trust every word, but, now I know that a lot of people are just enhancing stuff for attention .

I'm sorry but she has actually triggered me today. It took me two years to rebuild myself and even then I would literally go three days without eating, then eat one meal, then not eat again for a few days.
I avoided photos during that "skinny" time, and even the odd photo from that two year time frame I'm wearing ridiculous clothes to hide myself because I genuinely didn't feel "right"I avoided everyone because I was so worried they would see my bones poking out.
I certainly didn't attend events, wear short skirts and smile for photos.
