I'm not trying to be funny, I think Jack genuinely believes that posting the mundanities of her life is 'creating content', which is partly where her claims that she works 27 hours a day come from. Along with the outright lying obviously.

Announcing that she's living on crisps and coffee because she's so busy is a very strange marketing choice though, given that one of her selling points is supposed to be recipes that are easy for people to make when they're low on time/energy.
