More pointless tasks that will never be completed. Selling stuff online, describing it accurately and posting it out on time, is doable if you're halfway organised. But she isn't. If she ever lists this stuff (I doubt she will) she will spend more time writing excuses as to why she can't send it than actually going to the post office.
Christ I just remembered her whinging on about posting books. Breaking her back hobbling seven times a day to the post office with a shopping trolley! And wasn't there some reason why the post office wouldn't just collect it? Anyway, feel I have a bad habit of always bringing up something she did before. She is repetitive.

She bought it over a decade ago for a fireservice party and still has it. Sold her child's toys, lightbulbs and unplugged the fridge, but had this (hideous) silk dress and didn't think it was worth selling.

I may have said this before, I can’t remember. Some vintage stores will donate 1/2 the proceeds to a charity of your choice.
Or she could just donate to a charity shop. We are desperate for donations at the moment post “big lockdown clear-outs”. Then all the proceeds would go to the charity of her choice

I would suggest it goes in those charity bags that get shredded for rags. Because nobody in their right mind would buy stuff that was considered weird when it was bought 10 years ago.
if she sells on eBay, she can choose what charity to donate to and eBay take the donation before they pay you out...
