So is Jack now saying it isn't OK to eat fish every day? What is her stance on it?
I mean for a while she did eat fish every day.

It’s also sort of offensive anyway, what does she expect non MC people to be called? Urchin McGee? And surely this would be quite Anglocentric? Idk why we’re thinking about it, another tepid take from the daughter of a landlord (which has NO BEARING on ur class status but your name is 100% indicative of financial and class standing!!)
As always with Jack there’s a much wider point about how the upper middle/posh/rich people dominate so much in this country but she has no nuance or analytical ability so it’s just ‘posh girls called Pandora and Felicity get a lilac Mercedes and it’s not FAIR’.

She could use her platform to talk about how if your parents have a massive house in Hammersmith you can do unpaid internships for a PR company with somebody your mum was at Cambridge with or shlep to auditions all day or start as a kp in a fancy Michelin restaurant in Mayfair because you’ve been going there for family birthdays since you were 6 and work your way up. That’s the inequality she could actually try and talk about. If you grew up in Not London and you want to live there you need to pay bleeping rent. And you need to live so this world isn’t for you. But you crack with your bitter nonsense about how hard YOUR life is Jack. You’ve had opportunities other people could only dream of and this is what you do with them. duck right off.

ETA - sorry that was quite the angry rant! Woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

“Run through teams of……” - proof please.
It’s one and done 🙄 if she cba, she certainly doesn’t pay for any sort checks. She has ingredients listed which are never mentioned in the actual instructions, she has items in the instructions which aren’t in the ingredients list, plus typos, spellos etc

Good Food for Bad Days recommended a load of food stuffs that allegedly boost mental health but where there is actually no clear causal link. My screenshot is a preview from the book where she lists how certain foods have certain chemicals that are linked to better mental health.

There is no clear physiogical evidence that the body absorbs these proteins and use them in the same way our body uses them in the way they do when produced "naturally". Most studies look at the diets of healthier and less healthier people and then evaluate their mental health. Those people with better diets typically have a better quality of life (this is a generalisation at a population-wide level of course) and therefore better mental health so of course people who eat bananas have more serotonion. Unless they find the chemical pathway that shows how bananas lead to more brain serotonion its a crock of rit.

No she went to stay in an East London Aparthotel during the week whilst in dayhab for 16 weeks from April
Now she’s back hoarding rit in the two story bungalow which costs 91% of income
Thankyou. I did wonder as I note she’s having a chaos but something about her tree in a different place and burglars? Normal service resumed then? 🙄

Jack is breadcrumbing the worst once again because one of her awful tweets missed the mark and showed her a. It's a couple of weeks to Christmas Jack, how about change the cryptic, Crystal Maze challenge you had set on your phone to access Twitter (more balls) and spend the time with your family instead.

the more this goes on, the more convinced i am that every single mental health crisis she has ever had is a reactionary cover up for another one of her narcissism-induced duck ups

Most mood boosting foods are foods high in vitamins and flavonoids as the nutritionists call them. Vitamin A is a good mood booster.

So foods rich in that is a good idea, however too much of high vitamin foods as the reverse effect because after the body has reached its quota it reabsorbs the excess and excretes it. Sometimes the excess causes toxicity if the excess exceeds the amount that can be absorbed and adequately excreted.

This is very basic nutrition.

The more she does it, the more clear it is that her life hasn't actually been blighted by having any personal experience (by which I mean via herself or anyone close to her) of suicide, alcoholism, etc (very fortunately for her), because if it had, she'd know the effect these kind of posts can have.

She can duck right off with the suicide breadcrumbing. Her posts last night really unsettled me (probably exactly what she intended) and if she keeps it up I'm going to have to take a break. Triggering prune.

To lighten the mood, I glimpsed this while scrolling through Twitter and thought it was a new Jack sandwich/brick cake for a moment.

They didn't ask "what make/pattern/designer are the curtains?" they asked "where did you get the curtains?"

Would it be so difficult to tell them they are from John Lewis and answer the question they asked, not the question you wanted them to ask?
They obviously came from that generic shop known as "the Internet" ...

Is she seriously bleeping about with lye now. She's is a one man hazard this one.

Also to follow on vitamin A foods should not be consumed in high amounts daily.

I'm struggling with the low FODMAP diet I've been put on. I'm pretty-diabetic so I'm not allowed high sugar fruit like apricots and all the stone fruit in season right now. I'm thinking I should pop over to the Jack wiki and look at her offerings every time I'm craving something I can't have. Should cut my appetite, eh?
