You’ll have to guess, she’ll probably standing with her back to the camera
dun-dun!!

you’re back on form with your pithy one liners @LennyBriscoe x

Glad to see you’ve recovered from the heartbreaking cancellation of the Bosch & Briscoe Kitchen Disco. (I think @Harrybosch is still gazing into the moody middle distance to his own mournful jazz soundtrack...)

Never. Gets. Old. 😂
Never. Not. Funny 🤣

I still can’t believe this was an actual thing we saw with our own eyes!
We saw it, and then it disappeared into the graveyard of buried hopes called ‘It will thicken up while cooking’. Poor Matt pretending to choke it down. I’d say that white sauce sealed her DKL fate 😬

Just a wild guess but maybe her followers go down as she is always blocking them? Probably nothing to do with it and I’m completely wrong (I’m not)

Would you mind if I asked how you ended up with a diagnosis? Last week a comment you made (I think it was you) about being hyper focused really stopped me in my tracks. I didn’t know this was a symptom of ADD. I have been doing a lot of reading since then and I believe I exhibit a lot of ADD symptoms - currently diagnosed as anxiety and depression. It was quite startling to read about something you know nothing about and feel like you are reading a description of yourself.

For a while I’ve been thinking that some of the behaviours that I dislike so much in JM are a reflection of the things I dislike so much in myself.

I might be completely wrong about myself but I think it’s worth investigating. I don’t have the courage yet to say to my GP, I think I’ve got undiagnosed ADD from what I’ve read on a gossip forum 🙂
I don't live in the UK at the moment, so I'm not fully clear on how you can get a diagnosis over there, but I saw some other posters have given some info on that. My road has been a long one, but I ended up getting diagnosed almost by accident. Had some problems at work and saw my doctor to get a note for some time off. My usual family doctor was on sick leave and so I saw a locum. He referred me to an old colleague of his, a retired psychotherapist who happens to have ADHD himself. He diagnosed it after a few sessions of me telling him about my struggles. It really explains a lot about my life!!

I really hope you can find a doctor who will listen to you with an open mind. Even if you don't take medication, just the knowledge of how your brain is wired can make a huge difference. I always felt like such a duck-up before but now I can be kinder to myself.

That's a good call.... I also checked her social blade yesterday before Clemmie shared the screen tit and I was curious who Jack has been Unfollowing, as she has unfollowed about 15 people recently.... Wonder who they were, blue tickers? Louisa? 🤔

, in fact every time I have ever commented, which hasn't been often, he has liked my comments, that's something I like about him, he appears at least to like every comment on his posts, something Miss Monroe doesn't do, she doesn't acknowledge 98% of the comments on her posts unless they are negative or from blue tickers....

To be honest (and I know it's a crappy phrase), the reading I've done in relation to my daughter screams 'Me, me, me' as well.

I think as much as the internet is slated for creepy stuff, it's briliant for bringing people together who might not always have felt 'quite right' about themselves - the shared experiences we have can help us in seeking out our own treatment paths/diagnosis. It's another issue that is very gendered though, which further complicates things 😕

If you think it’s worth investigating then I would recommend getting a referral ASAP, because wait times of 2+ years are not unheard of. Or if you just wanted closure and have the money to go private, that’s always a quicker route. ADHD is more difficult to diagnose in adults. Women are commonly put down as “anxious/depressed” when there’s another issue at play 🙄 Is jack even diagnosed with ASD/ADHD? Or is it another label she has latched on to?

Didn't she mention she was diagnosed as a child, but didn't find out about it until adulthood?

Utter bullshit - no way a child could go through the process withot knowing something was happening. And 20+ years ago when she was a child, it's unlikely a girl would've been diagnosed as either, unless she was presenting to the point of not really functioning, and needing to go to a specialist school - neither condition was truly recognised at the more 'functional' levels in girls. Even now, the gender differences in presentation aren't hugely known by schools and even some GPs, which makes doing anything about them even harder.

I can't stand using autism/I'm on the spectrum as an excuse for rudeness. There's so much to it than passive aggressive tweets and comments and bouncing around like tigger and short attention span.
Has she ever mentioned occupational therapy or any of the services involved with autism.
Has she even been actually diagnosed? I’m not sure that’s clear.

Oh happy joy. I would rather go eat the moss off the lawn.
Don’t speak too soon - that may well be what is on offer over at the ShitShed tomorrow.

I've had a crappy day today (yesterday now😳) and I'm not eating much at all which is good for the ongoing diet but could do with some quick and inspiring recipes to tempt me to eat. So nothing from Cacks latest book then. I got the garden done on Sunday and have aching arm muscles, very pleased with myself for getting it done instead of putting it off longer.

@Hunty glad you got some sort of resolution but sorry that you're moving up to an increased dose, also your sunburn looks painful!

Sorry to hear about your crappy day. It's a marmite recipe but how about gazpacho? Perfect for this weather and the seasonal ingredients available. I confess for economy I have sometimes made it with tinned tomatoes *blushes* and it is ok as long as the garlic, onion, pepper and cucumber is all fresh, although lovely vine ripened tomatoes are obviously much better. I serve mine with ice in a large tumbler. A jug of it the fridge is so refreshing and full of good for you stuff.
