I know talking about someone's sexuality is a tad frowned upon, yet I have to say I think Jack is bisexual (been thinking this for a while). Nothing wrong with being bi, I consider myself bi for the record. Jack wants to fit into a clique, she wants it so badly, and the whole coming out at pride thing is great, but I think it's only half her story and was done to get Jack into a niche.

She's had relationships with men, conceived a child, lusts over men openly, she was flirting all over the shop on DKL with male guests more than female ones, and I'm calling bi (but ashamed for some reason) Love is love Jack! It's the LGBTQ community. If you like either or, that's ok!!!

Just personal opinion on evidence provided, m'lud.
Hard agree here.

I just worry that it may have sounded like 'she slept with a bloke so she can't be gay' vibes, when it's not that at all. She does seem genuinely attracted to men.

I'm glad I'm not alone in my thinkings, bi is a strange one, you can get tit from both hetreo/homo people, but meh. I like the fact I can find love (or lust!) with a man or woman.
I see it as being able to be equally disappointing to a significantly greater number of people. Mr D says it means he's twice as lucky, in view of the size of the competition.

He always has had a way with words.

Love the 'leave a book take a book' sign on the bottom of the shelf

This is another promo for World Book Night of which GFFBD has been heavily mentioned in particular giveaways across book clubs etc nationally.
Clearly nobody (3k sales?) has read it once so why would anyone pick it up again?

Mrs ST: Hey, What you up to..wanna watch a film or something?
ST: Oh, I'm just gonna relax and unwind with some slop porn in my jim-jams with a slice of this delicious loofer-brick cake.

FWIW when she was trans and taking testosterone she made a big show of being attracted to men. I think she might have said this on Mumsnet?

I think she would be one of those who simpers and goes all wide eyed at the IMPORTANT people, whilst simultaneously being an utter dick to anybody she sees as a minion. So Dinnerladies and Production Assistants would get the full force DON'T YOU KNOW WHO I AM when they're not being ignored or dismissed with a click of the fingers.
Sorry to pick on your post oh fiery one, as there have been others, but I disagree and I'm in the nice-as-pie-to-everyone-in-real-life camp. I don't think she'd say boo to a goose. I think all those 'and then everyone clapped' stories about her shin-kicking/confronting the bigots are just hyped up versions of her muttering under her breath after they're out of earshot, or a bit of pass-agg snappiness at worst. I think she is probably overly grateful and overly sycophantic to everyone involved in any sort of media production. I can't imagine her (despite her shouting on Twitter) properly fronting up. She seems too nervy and insecure to me. Remember the Toff video - she was desperate to be liked by her and far too nervous and uncontrolled to make her points. That's in-person Jack to me. I like that Jack a lot more than Twitter Jack (albeit a low bar), because it seems like it's really her. I think a lot of what sounds like snippiness with Matt on DKL is just her trying to be funny in a piss-taking way, but it comes off snide because she's just so uncomfortable. I think his snippiness was a bit more deliberate. She wanted him to like her. I think she wants everyone to like her.

I agree with @CabalofBolorneaise - she doesn't get invited back because she doesn't make good telly. I would make bleeping dire telly, so I sympathise on that front, less so with her seemingly bizarre belief that she should have a telly career despite this. That's the weird entitled side she could really do with damping down.

In all seriousness, I don't know how she had the balls to do DKL after the THAT MAN chaos, how shameful to face all those chefs and people in the industry, knowing they know. I don't even know how she can be a public person after the David Cameron comments that I won't repeat, I would die of shame. And there are so many examples of this behaviour. To blatantly lie and say that her hat was in the ring for Carry on cooking, the show that was CREATED by Jamie Oliver, it would haunt me for life.

I skimmed through the introduction to her Bad Food book. Just drivel, worse than bad YA fiction. Maybe it was put on the list as an April Fool's joke and they forgot to remove it?
One big boring eye roll.

Here...sorry about the link to the Daily Heil though.
Even if one could look beyond her so nonchalantly using a dead child as political leverage, which one really can't, it's the shameless hypocrisy that she seems so incapable of recognising in herself that makes this double awful and cringeworthy.

Plus she stated on a podcast she’d apologized and that should be the end of it

It is interesting isn't it?
For all Jack's faults I don't ever get the impression she would be actually unpleasant to work with on these TV/media things, in that I don't think she'd be rude. She is too eager to please.
So the rot sets in somewhere. Apart from the obvious that she can't cook, maybe her lack of professionalism all round is the problem - scampering, gazing at lights, being needy. Her behaviour on twitter around whatever she does must be a big thing, bringing along her odd followers too.

And I'm not surprised at her being off twitter. She has pointed out several times she is far too BUSY to retweet MR and TK. So to tweet some other nonsense now points out she was not busy at all, just really really did not want to do it.
I think she would be vile to everyone on set she considered beneath her, so probably suck up to the Director and anyone else she considered important, and hideous to everyone else. Remember she described herself as "the talent"! :m

Even back then she was contradicting herself:

2012, tomorrow he’ll watch me pawn the tv and guitar.

2014, I’m wondering how the hell I’ll carry a tv to the pawn shop

🙄
