The outfit she wore to go out for a curry
... 'Little' waterfall jacket (nothing is little about you or your outfit you silly cow), shirt dress, leggings and trainers. She really has no clue how to style clothes. She looked tragic lol

Exactly!!This is a gossip site and the people we talk about put themselves online to thousands of people for attention so it's bound to happen. I don't think this particular thread is for you if you are offending by things like that.
Alright Em, calm down.Maybe you are right. It's one thing to gossip but some of you are just pathetic and get your kicks out of bringing others down
She has so many clothes and chooses that strange outfit. The outfit she wore to go out for a curry... 'Little' waterfall jacket (nothing is little about you or your outfit you silly cow), shirt dress, leggings and trainers. She really has no clue how to style clothes. She looked tragic lol
Is that Candy’s friend that she pinched? Most used adjective of the day, little. There's nothing little about the amount of food she'd have polished off here, and then back home to biscottias me granny would've said, saints preserve me
Well she was also one of Candy's bridesmaids and the dog groomer. Don't know if she still grooms all the dogs and is still friends with Candy. All a bit off really. Is that Candy’s friend that she pinched?
In her defence though, that smock adds inches. It’s not the most flattering of tents.Very telling isn’t it?
There are some amazing plus sized influencers that are honest about their size. I’d respect her a lot more if she didn’t try to manipulate herself in photos. She’s only gaslighting herself!
Agree, got one myself from H&M, cos I liked the pattern, size M huge on me, never worn it. Another one for my wardrobe graveyardIn her defence though, that smock adds inches. It’s not the most flattering of tents.
You are right, you can do it very slowly with just diet even at 43. At Christmas I was struggling as I've said in a previous post. Returning to the office terrified me as I haven't had covid yet and doubted I would survive at the size I was if I caught it. That plus being diagnosed with bad arthritis in one knee meant I knew things had to change. Exercise is still hard but with only a strict diet I'm on my way to a 3 stone weight loss and even got myself an e-bike (Edinburgh is hilly) at the weekend so I can cycle myself into work and get some non load bearing exercise. I'm not going to lie it's super hard and I want to over eat every day but I also want to live so I try to make good choices. This is the real Em.... so I wish she'd stop trying to pass herself off as a good few sizes smaller. If she's so paranoid or unhappy about her size there is a solution. Diet and exercise. Even if she ate healthy meals and stopped with the junk she'd see a difference. It's not rocket science. The older you get the harder it is.
