She’ll probably have a falling out with that fan girl Shauna. She can’t keep anyone around with her. She’s toxic. I wouldn’t come within 10 feet of her
100% agree! They both have such strong pick me energy and when you both want to be the star and center of attention it's inevitable that they'll have a big fight

Your one Shauna has pictures of her 21st birthday on her highlights. When Lindsay was 21, Instagram wouldn't even exist for another few years or so. It's bleeping weird.

There are a good few people I know that everyone sort of laughs at behind their back, because they're pushing 40 and every few years the crowd they hang around with gets younger and younger, as most people move on with their lives and settle down. Meanwhile they're still out raving, clinging onto the "scene" for dear life.

Most people can let that side of their life phase out as they get older but the ones that can't, are usually trying to normalize their drink / drug problems while hiding behind the "i'm not conforming, I'm so much cooler than the rest of you" excuse.

Now who does that remind me of..... 🤔🤔😆

Yeah I think there's a fine line. I think its the ones who actively go out to the young people clubs with young ones that make me cringe (my gay friends being the exception due to limitations with the number of clubs/pubs available).

Most people migrate to old man pubs and only end up mixing with young people by chance at certain concerts or at work parties or sports club/community events or Taste of Dublin. Every so often you'll see people go back to Coppers or Krystle for a laugh and laugh at old they feel.

This is it really. I’ve friends who are colleagues that are 25/26 and we get along cause our common interest is our job etc. even then there’s moments where I see their immaturity - no shade! They prob have moments where I seem to be a boomer lol

L reminds me of that creepy older person you hung out with when you were 19/20 who had an apartment and a few quid to buy cans that you thought was deadly. In hindsight you see them as kinda pathetic

Just want say, plenty of people have their tit together but don't 'settle down' in the sense described here. I'm in my 30s and have friends in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s. Tons of us are childfree and have well paying jobs but still like to go out and have fun and not stay in with our partners watching shite or whatever and going on sun holidays. Myself and my long term partner hate staying in and love to experience life and meet new people and have fun. We are buying a gaff soon and we'll have no kids, an art studio and plenty of parties. I know tons of artists and musicians who are massive sessioners and I see nothing wrong with that. They produce so much amazing stuff and add to the character of Dublin. Plenty of people don't go full on square, especially nowadays.

However, this is NOT L!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't imagine how L feels after all of this. Thinking your hot tit and your co host / drummer leaves and turns out you've no idea what you're doing and everyone finds out too and we all unsubscribe

No and I totally agree, I am settled down to a degree, kids, relationship etc but still go to parties, gigs, festivals etc and still take partake in a session every now and again. I'm not suggesting she needs to buy an Arran jumper and sit in on a Friday night knitting. But like hanging around town with a 23 year old every weekend looks like she's desperate to be out on the lash regardless of who is there, or where she is 😬

Well the drummer in the band always helps keep the beat going.. seems this was the case too. The sheer amount of work J done for that podcast is so so evident now. She didn’t get half the recognition she deserved because she didn’t produce the car crash content that L did on stories etc. we confused laughing at L with laughing with her.

Yes!! There's artists/musicians/writers etc. that session, and there is actual sesh rot.....and tacky nightclubs that don't add anything.
ACTUALLY this reminds me, one of the first pods she did with Pete, Pete said that him and his mates just keep sessioning and rollover because they are afraid to deal with the aftermath/comedown etc. This was so grim to me, as I've sessioned and rolled-over 100s of times (literally) and it's always been because we were having so much fun, buzzing, chatting, making new friends and bonds, playing music and jamming. Absolute magic happened at those sessions - new bands formed, artists collaborated, people fell in love through ACTUAL mutual interests, cultural events were planned and created.

I think it’s safe to say that nobody here thinks you’ve to turn 30 and retire your weekends to scrabble and nappies. There’s a difference between enjoying a session/socialising to it being your only interest/priority. And yes at a certain age because partying was my priority when I was 21 because I have zero responsibilities and it was a way to meet people my age. Now that I’m in my 30s I have to turn up to work on Monday/other responsibilities which means I just can’t be on a mad one every weekend

but like most people I have a mad one every couple of months/festivals etc and it’s great!

Totally agree. You can be 60 and still go on a mad one. But L has made it her entire personality and then sneers at people who can do both or chose the quiet life and stability, when as said previously all that girl wants is stability. She changed herself entirely and uprooted her kids for a man who promised her the world after 6 weeks and was left out to dry when he changed his mind l

Jenny’s lips are so much better now since being dissolved a bit, the migration in her story is awful

yeah a lot of people who got filler in the early days are now showing god awful migration. practitioners used to recommend refilling every 3-4 months! insane! there's lots more info out there now basically saying that they should only be filled every 12 months or so. I'd say she's glad she got it sorted

let's not forget she made sobriety her entire personality when she literally just quit drinking for 3 months (despite her claiming 6 months, but remember, she's not good at months/dates!)

Don’t know if it’s just me but I’d honestly love to see more of Lindsay and the kids like her stories now!

I do remember though in the earlyish days of Xgalz that J specifically told L to ditch the kids from her insta if she wanted to appeal to men. Less ma vibes or something she said. Which is hurtful for a friend to say I can imagine. J wasn't always decorating the tree with her fiance wholesome wife vibes.

Well I'm sure that it would attract more men though lol
