Ioan’s brother is out running 50+km a day for MS charity that in turn will support Bianca. Alice’s brother is man-tits akimbo on Twitter going after her for faking MS. I sometimes wonder how the relationship worked at all in the first place.

Ioan’s family seem like good, kind people. I can just imagine their faces when they first met Alice. They probably thought it would just be a fling (it should have been)
I’ve never known two people to be so wildly unsuitable for eachother to stay together for so long. Can’t help but think how different Ioan’s life would’ve been without the harpy in chief around his neck. He has his girls, that’s the one good thing to come out of it but dear god, what a hefty price to pay

I’m just home from my “I don’t run parkrun” in 25c. I’m about ready to collapse into a heap. Respect to all those dragon back racers in this weather. I see Alun has raised over 5k, in Bianca’s name. 💪🏻🏃‍♂️

Meanwhile Tone the Moan who has a severe condition gives his sister his twitter account to attack someone else with a severe condition. Go figure.

What a pity that TD didn't keep her mouth shut like everyone who is really close to BW. I don't think she was that close to her - she's BW's friend's sister - if she were really close she would have kept quiet like everyone else around Bianca. I don't know why she engaged with the lunatics on twitter - they love that there is a (tenuous) connection to Bianca. Maybe she wanted her five minutes of fame who knows. BW hasn't set a foot wrong throughout and yet she's dragged down by some relative of a friend she probably didn't have much to do with before all this.
With hindsight, I agree you.

I just think that when that Tamika came onto here, it was crazy as Alice had embarked on her worldwide defamation media tour. If my friend was being attacked by her boyfriend's crazy ex, who was coming out with lie after lie, and I knew the truth, I might have done the same thing.

IMO she wasn't looking for fame. However, she definitely didn't know Bianca that well or for that long at that time, and she definitely shouldn't have posted that screenshot of their conversation to Twitter, which Alice and FMs wheel out all the time.

Tamika was swimming against the tide at that time and Bianca was getting a pretty rough ride.
Her heart was the right place and she's rightly no longer rising to the bait from Alice's many dirty socks. Moo!

Basically you are in your mid 30s and in a reasonable long relationship...if you break up now you think you have to start all over now, by the time you are marriage ready with a new party you are in your 40s, so many men just "stay" for that reason also thinking that things will eventually work out. Basically the issue is that many think they have to get married/have kids and by a certain age.

Interestingly this appears to be less common with women, which makes no sense, because we have a biological clock that would justify all this.

I guess in Ioan's case also some guilt was involved considering Alice's age
Yes I get this but I still think that with IG being a successful actor and desirable male he wouldn't have had to be single for too long. We saw that with him and B, where he is older, not as successful anymore and with the ex from hell, and yet she still wanted him. Also, if he was concerned about AE's age then why did she had to give him an ultimatum before he proposed 6 years into the relationship? The whole thing never made sense but that's why he's in therapy I guess.

ETA: I could be wrong tho, seems Cavapoos can vary a lot in size.

She definitely guilted him into it. Poor me...I'm an orphan...my mother died...my father abandoned me...nobody is as alone as I am...now I will never have children....you've had the best years out of me...I'm all alone in the world
And he's a nice person who probably couldn't see how he was going to get out of it, so married her

I wonder if Ioan was quite immature himself at the time of their marriage, maybe he thought to himself that everything would work out.

I'm sure they'll have to leave their phones with their escort, these specialist are used to these tactics I'm sure.
What do they have in place for the determined ones who bring more than one phone or recording device with them? Genuine question- do they have to empty all their pockets? They’re unlikely to frisk a child.

I’m not thinking of Alice using the materials for legal purposes, more for maintaining control of the girls by deconstructing anything the therapist says to them to create further alienation.

25 degrees C is like 76/77 degrees F, right? Is that what he’s gonna be running in??? DAYUM. Doesn’t our body temp rise like 20 degrees when running for prolonged, substantial periods of time? So he’s basically running in 100 degree F weather. That’s so bleeping difficult, I am amazed. I used to be a great runner, but hot days daunted me. I tried running them like twice which is pathetic because I should have stopped four seconds after the first try. It’s terrible. For those who haven’t punished themselves like this: Your muscles are pleading with you to pace yourself even tho you are already at a hilariously slow jog that is barely, by textbook definition, a jog. You’re in an open space but because the air is hot as hell the oxygen you inhale feels EXACTLY like the humid, heavy oxygen you just blew out. To say NOTHING of the fact that if it’s windless outside you would basically RETAIL your firstborn for just the TEENSIEST sweep of a breeze across your face. Water is so profoundly craved that you have disturbing fantasies about hacking into a camel’s hump with one of those “as seen on TV” knives from your kitchen to access that MAGNIFICENT SUPPLY OF REFRESHING, REJUVENATING WATER. And there was deadass NO contrast between how I was feeling when I started vs. how I was feeling when I finished. There wasn’t like some shimmering “glory-walk” home during which I proudly flashed my peacock feathers at dog walkers and mamas with prams. I didn’t go home reassuring myself that it “wasn’t that bad,” that what I did was as simple as playing hopscotch on the Yellow Brick Road beside a rainbow for 30 minutes—NAH, FAMILY, I started the run asking myself, “So why am I bleeping doing this?” and ended the run asking myself, “So why did I bleeping do that?” and those were the only two thoughts of value I had during the entire bleeping ordeal and if I’m recalling correctly on my walk home from the final run a pigeon tit on my head/glasses/face.

Like Jesus Christ in a cornfield, just don’t do it.
😩😂

(But props to you, my Flamingo friend, haha. 💚 I’m just salty that I can’t handle physical activity when the weather matches that of Satan’s dining room. I wish to have your endurance and determination.) 🦩🏅

I'm a sentimental fool I freely admit, but the messages from I & B to support Alun have been so lovely they have had me tearing up regularly.

Not just the temperature, it's so humid in the UK at the moment that the air feels like soup - it's awful just to walk around in!

Well, that's a whole different kettle of fish, so to speak. Carry on!
One of my work colleagues does this, but she has to stipulate how long she's worn them for and her activities while doing so ie gym. She's made a fair amount of cash. It's a no brainer for her really to save money to go travelling. I'm intrigued to know if there is a market for knickers that smell of wee.

Oh my goodness! 😨 I’m in a fan club for a beautiful young singer who passed in 2016 and a few years back I met a girl from the UK who’s also in the fandom. I checked in on her a few days ago actually because there was a benefit concert on Saturday for the singer’s foundation (created in her memory) and everyone was emotional about it.

The FIRST thing she said, before even discussing the concert, was that there’s a huge heat wave in the UK and that because it’s usually a little rainy and “gloomy” (her word for it lol, not mine!) she never cared to have AC in her home, so she, her husband, her two young boys, and her infant son are all SWELTERING right now—buying as much ice as they can and sitting extra-still so as not to raise their body temps.

Is that normal in the UK? Not the heat wave—I’m talking about the lack of AC in people’s homes. Because most Americans have cooling systems in their homes (…if they can afford them, which is unjust but that’s a whole separate convo). It just stunned me and kind of broke my heart that my friend doesn’t have AC. She must be exhausted and miserable tbh I might DM her again in a bit…

AC in houses over here isn't common, but a lot of companies, shops and shopping centres have it. It's pretty hellish when it gets hot because 1, we're not really used to it and 2, it gets humid which makes it feel 10x worse.

It's due to cool down next week which I'm glad of as this week has been awful.
