I see her losing custody of the youngest. I don't see this going any other way. There's still hope for her. She just needs to removed from that unsafe environment.

My opinion.
I hope that happens. I hope that Ella is removed to somewhere safe and gets the help she needs and at some point there is a reunion.

My opinion.
Given the very unhealthy influence that Ella has on Elsie it needs to happen asap!

Hadn't she already requested the TRO the next day and reported the alleged assault to the police?

Not yet.

I understand that the police report was done on Saturday evening.
Then they fired her lawyer on Tuesday (for refusing to file for the TRO, I believe) and they requested the TRO on Wednesday, 31 May.
And Boshoff launched her article on Friday -- in time for the MS gala event.

One far off day in the future after this Tour of Duty is a distant memory I will think fondly of my fellow Tattle veterans everytime I hear this song.

(duck me it absolutely turned into something bigger ☹)

The Great War https://g.co/kgs/FHhDDa

I remembered this song. Do we have this in our playlist?

You cannot stand what I've become,
You much prefer the gentleman I was before.
I was so easy to defeat, I was so easy to control,
I didn't even know there was a war.

I can see Alice removing her.
Maybe once she hits the teenage stay in her room/get up late phase. She's got too much energy for Alice to deal with her otherwise. She is easier out of the way at the moment so she doesn't disrupt the socking.

Still catching up. Just made it to this new thread, love the title (although love seems like the wrong word).

What a bleeping tit show. I don’t really know where to start. I think the thing that bothered me most was the manic laughing, and giggles as they left the apartment. I find that chilling.

How much in a pretend world would I love to foster those girls for a weekend. Show them what a normal mother is like. Go to the park, cook together, play old fashioned board games, play with make up and paint nails while watching a movie. This is what those girls need, along with true friendship and not online.

It has been hard reading back and while I know that it is so gruesome and opinions differ, I don’t like it when our community argue with each other. Not trying to moderate, just saying we are as a team stronger than that.

Going to take another little break and will catch up later. Thank you to all that have helped with the court docs and analysis. Hopefully it is the final mail in the coffin.

ETA: 4th July is a Tuesday. C U next Tuesday Alice, will you be dancing to Beyoncé singing All the Single Ladies? Guess not. You’ll just be getting wankered.

Even now I bet she is saying to Ella, this was a triumph. Even though it showed her children up to being brats/victims/liars and her a manipulative monster. The narc in her thinks she has scored a winning goal.

I think we can all say Ella has been abused by alice, she does need to realise that she can’t get away with behaving like this though, I do feel so sorry for her. I have to say that 13 / 14 yrs olds now are a lot more aware and alot more older in age than my generation was at that age

I’m surprised though that it hasn’t dawned on Ella or her mother that in everything she does for the next few years that this will come up, applying for college & looking for work, if Alice wants to make money off her , she’s gone about it the wrong way

To rub it in.

Don’t leave us hanging 😂
Pretty stupid move for the smartest person in the room. According to her version of the story, her two children have a highly traumatic day, one is gravely injured and they both come home early. Then the next day she is asking if he is taking them for the agreed Saturday visit, on the wizard thing so it's all there on the record, no dirty deletes, while also calling the police and getting things in motion for a restraining order.

If my kid gets gravely injured, I'm not offering them up to the abuser the very next day.

More holes than swiss cheese. The judge is going to have such a WTF face.

I know what you mean - considering how patchy the contact has been and all the hostilities you’d have thought the first meeting could have been somewhere public and neutral maybe? Plus, the kids behaviour aside, they’ve never really expressed anything other than not really wanting to know B so first contact being them all having to spend the night together might have been a bit much. Even without the big E ‘behaviour’, it could have still been an upsetting, awkward and possibly overwhelming experience.

The sad thing is maybe they jumped at the chance because they saw it as a positive step in the right direction, naive maybe, but I guess if all he wants is for all this tit to stop and a real chance at getting a relationship back with his kids as well as the chance they may come to know and love his new partner, you can see why they might have agreed.

After all, they are far more genuine than Alice and there is no modus operandi from their POV other than to heal his family. I’m with you though - it’s a good thing all this has happened because this shows Alice for who she really is
I think they knew it was a set up but discussed with lawyers and decided to go ahead with the psychologist on hand.

They probably didn’t even think the girls would stay over, hence the psych for only 4 hours (but maybe they did have an another chaperone lined up for later.)

I think with this, having received an overnight offer, he probably got all stressed thinking damned if I do damned If I dont. He may have assumed that because Alice suggested it, she'd prepared the girls for it. I don't know, nothing really makes sense with Alice. He was probably still giving her the benefit of the doubt, especially if he had legal letters.
I think he felt if he didn’t agree that Alice would use that to berate him “not wanting them around”. Since lawyers initiated everything, and he arranged chaperones with Alice’s approval via lawyer), I think he thought maybe it was possible to get things steered right. I think he thought if they followed guidance of parenting coach and B was her lovely self, they could try. Boy oh boy. Reality is a b&tch. Which I do indeed hope Alice herself realizes very shortly.

Also if B retained very experienced lawyers I expect that DM, Agony Bitchoff, a certain grounded from internet lobo bizarro, and grumpy muppet in a southern state might be getting a little nervous. Oh and poor Phoney too (but not his lovely wife who probably scratches her head over this whole thing !).

We don't really know what the plan was as everything ended in chaos after 20 mins at the flat

It might have been the plan to meet B and eat dinner and then for her to leave - given Ella's "panic attacks" in public places perhaps meeting at a restaurant was not possible. Perhaps another chaperone was booked to come at 6pm. It reads that Ioan is taking therapist advice on how to advance the visitation and although they must have considered it a potential trap the alternative was to refuse a requested visitation - so a no win situation for I. The fact he booked a psychologist with 3 postgraduate degrees who lists anxiety and anger issues as his specialisms make it clear that there was concern

Obviously mAlice had planned for a long time to fake some allegations
- she had Alcotone asking about supoenas and serving legal documents before the incident
- the girls had been hostile to having a witness chaperone
- mAlice asks for the overnight
- the plan was obviously to get Ioan back to mAlice for some DV allegations with all the attempts around the leotard incident and gym class
- whenever mAlice thought that the girls were alone she was on the phone, witnessed in the parking lot by the psychologist (although Ella says she called her mother but the psychologist states that mAlice called her) and again when the girls were in the gym changing room where mAlice, Ella and Elsie all spoke.
- the plan to get I back to mAlice thwarted then they decided to improvise to try and get I to lose his cool

Holy crap on a stick! I passed out last night from exhaustion and just missed the shitshow. This morning at 6:15 I went straight to Tattlelife and read some of the crazy. I was so disappointed because I had a Dr. visit scheduled for 9:00! Anyway I’m home now and reading the responses from the psychologist, I, and B. Although I fervently hope this isn’t the case I worry that big E has inherited the bleep’s mental illness. Her behavior is very frightening and I believe that some of I and B’s statements were sugar coated for Ella’s sake.
Once again I have to ask for the umpteenth time. Ioan, why on earth would you risk having children with a complete effing moron? 🥺
