Their bushes are overgrown so you barely see the gate or walls. So Alice is right in that respect, she wouldn't be able to see Ioan from the house. Given we have seen videos of the yard from Instagram, that is a mess as well. The houses that Redfin compare it with the neighborhood are light, airy and modern. I would surprised if they got as much as the Redfin valuation. It will depend if its a real-estate developer or a private seller who buys it.

Also I noticed that regarding Alice's demand to transfer the property in Ioan and her name she also says "or as otherwise deemed necessary by Ms. Deutsch". In theory she would give that way her friend the legal power to transfer the house in Alice's name only, or am I seeing this wrong?
