I'm a cat mum and get a little upset if anyone mentions my fur baby might be a bit fuller around the tummy than he should be. 😂 Of course he isn't! But to talk to your kids like that, and then have people excusing it and even laughing at it... her supporters just blindly defend everything she does. Once upon a time I thought AE wouldn't seriously physically hurt the kids because she's still rational enough to know that would lose her all the support she craves if it came out, but with fans like hers, I don't think it would matter.

The UK courts would look pretty unfavourable if Alice did go down this route and she'd be extradited, abduction is criminal not a civil crime.

Betty Broderick is for many woman a legend for killing her ex-husband and his mistress (though in fairness she was actually a victim to an extend unlike Alice), many of Alice's supporters will be the same.

In a way it's crazy because the latest filing proved that she is NOT a wronged woman in any form given that she voiced divorce threats before it herself. But that are toxic feminist for you.

That's another thing I'll have to look up regarding the transcript. But the judge only listens to the evidence and arguments and makes a ruling. If there's evidence the opposing party thinks is inadmissible, it's the job of the opposing lawyer to object to it and ask the judge to throw it out.

Given that she was complaining Ioan took the important documents like passports, if she attempted to take the kids to the Uk would she be arrested? That’s a crime?
