I think because she ordered that transcript, Alice or one of her minions got her name and contacted her law firm outing her as Hiareth and telling them to look at her posts on here and her getting involved with ordering the transcript. If it's a good law firm, they would have put the kibosh on that real quick. She needed to stay anonymous on here, and once I read -- I believe it was her that said the court reporter could say who ordered it. When a transcript is ordered, the court reporter has to contact all parties to let them know it is ordered and to allow them the opportunity to purchase a copy. Even if Alice is pro se, she can ask who ordered the original. Careerwise, it's not good for her to be outed. So I fear that's what happened.

Just read the latest document and my heart is breaking for the girls, especially Ella. Sounds as if she is being manipulated and coerced by her mum and is scared and confused. How can they not have a full CPS investigation happening based on these court documents? A relative of mine is a social worker and I've also worked in safeguarding. Investigations into child abuse and neglect happen here in the UK for a lot less. I'm absolutely baffled.

Abuse, in the form of coercive control, can also be inflicted upon children. It is known to happen when children are weaponized against a parent by the other parent who is controlling them.

I think selling the house as quickly as possible is step one. The girls have likely been told to walk the five blocks home if they do not want to stay with Ioan by Alice. Once she has to move the dynamic will change. She may very well love further away. The home they knew will be gone and they won't be attached to a new place. The leverage she may have now by using their safe home as a weapon will be gone. Fresh starts bring new preservatives.

I think eventually Ioan and Bianca's calm home will become enticing. They have learned to live in a heightened state thanks to their mother's behavior. That house is full of anxiety, IMO.

Only time will tell, but I see a definite shift when the house sells and Alice has to find work and a new place to live.

I don't see her retaining custody. I just don't. Not now.
