Never known anyone to stop drinking / eating nice foods etc and end up looking worse. She really has a skill in sucking the life out of everyone she comes into contact with. She’s like Jennifer in Jennifer’s body (and before you read this Grimmo and think I’m saying you look like Megan Fox. No)

they both look SO haggard and much older than they actually are which says it all to me! this whole lovey dovey couldn’t be happier act is all completely for show - imo can use all the magical vocabulary in the world but she can’t control the fact that her husband physically just doesn’t look all there anymore!

they can insist that they’re the happiest couple in the world all they like but we all know that those people who tend to go over the top to prove that they’re the most perfect couple ever are often overcompensating

This irritates me so much because he’s making out he had an alcohol problem.
my sister has never been a big drinker and kinda just drank for the sake of it growing up so just doesn’t drink anymore purely for that.. she just doesn’t like it.
It’s exactly the same for Spencer. Not liking alcohol so not drinking is VERY different to being “sober” for 4 years.
She would NEVER refer to herself as “sober” ffs & if anyone asks why she doesn’t drink she just says she doesn’t like it.. and no one fuckin cares. It’s just not a thing for her??? She doesn’t like it or want to do it so it never even comes up in conversation (unless we’re out haha)

The way he words it is like he’s battles addiction and “got sober”
When in reality he’s gone from drinking to fit in / impress his friends to not drinking to impress his wife.
I’m not being funny but for a lot of people your teens and 20s are filled with alcohol, drugs and partying.. then as you get to your late 20s / 30s you stop as your priorities change. It’s not “getting sober” it’s just growing up for fuck sake.

it’s just them again trying to dramatise and cash in on something they know nothing about.
& someone who’s had drug and alcohol issues as well as growing up around alcoholics it makes me sooo fuckin angry.
you’re not some Spencer Matthews’s ex party boy Spencer. You’re a saddo with no life / friends and a controlling momo looking wife.

It’s so annoying how he is making “going sober” a thing when there are so many people who went out drinking in their 20s and don’t after they become a parent or their lifestyle changes. He’s never had a problem with it, he just went out with mates and imogen didn’t like that. There’s no worry of him “falling off the wagon” or going on any sort of bender. I can imagine the breakdown Imogen would have if he had so much as a glass of wine with dinner. Saying he’s gone sober takes away from people who genuinely are doing a great thing after going through something. He thinks this will be his thing for new year new me content.

He was one of the most popular lads at school and now had every single one of us blocked, leaving himself with just a pathetic cunr of a wife as his only friend. She's a cunt who turned our friend into a cunt. CUNTS

Maybe I’m missing something. Why the flex she’s isolated her husband from friends. Having a drink at the weekend with mates hardly equates to having to check into the Priory. The poor sod has Stockholm syndrome.
