Completely agree with you. It’s the volume of gifting that has resulted in me not purchasing from Jo Malone anymore.

I was gutted to see Riverford use instamums - supposed to be a sustainable company but yet using a group of people to advertise whose whole mantra is based on getting people to buy more. I cancelled my riverford box as a result of that.

Me too, I've had Riverford for years but can't abide them gifting to the influencers, whose sole purpose is to promote commercialism at a totally unacceptable level!

I think a lot of these companies need to think about what they’re doing a bit more. I also think that real quality brands don’t do this sort of thing because they don’t need to. To be honest, I’ve looked at the F and F Instagram page and most of the photos on it are all pretty trashy. Personally I wouldn’t want any free or not. I don’t feel the need to have certain brands just so I can say I’ve got my “such and such” boots on or carrying a bag with a big logo on it. I feel sorry for the genuine customers that maybe save up and treat themselves to these items to have them cheapened by people swanning around in their freebies. A particular brand I like doesn’t do the freebie Instagram thing and I asked them why. They told me they don’t want to be disloyal to their customers and that they value their genuine customers. They also said they feel it would cheapen their brand. Well said, I say.
Absolutely agree with this. What disgusts me most is that she asked followers if money was no object then what would you like to receive or give for Christmas- these boots came up a lot in answers apparently. So she deliberately pinched everyones dream gifts, approached the brands, got everything for free herself, boosted her following working with the brands, and then promotes ‘look what I have / where I am going and you could too all courtesy of MY competitIon - because I want to give back to you’! And yes I have all this stuff for free now which is completely unattainable for the rest of you but aren’t I wonderful for giving you a chance to win something and by the way the nearest food bank is looking donations like this and this and the true meaning of Christmas is memories not gifts. What a patronising, greedy, fake woman. I hope the taxman looks into her accounts and that she donates at least one of the ten or so free coats she has had this year to charity!

And as predicted there are the Fairfax and Favor boots in the competition. What on earth are their marketing team doing collaborating with her?! She is the least likely person to ever buy those boots. Such dreadful marketing.
Gold star to whoever made the prediction! HH is completely transparent. I have become increasingly disgusted by her 12 days of Christmas.

If it is meant to be about giving to her 'loyal' followers then why has she benefitted directly and hugely from her giveaways. She has gifted herself extremely expensive items and experiences. I have so much respect for instagrammers who are offered something but who instead offer it to their followers to win, instead of them benefitting. She is is doing the opposite! So far, there has only been one (the small brand one), as far as we know, where she has not gifted something to herself. It comes across as unbelievably greedy.

Yes and then the next minute they are promoting Asda or Tescos!

Peeps who have cancelled subscriptions to things: have you fed back to the company in question the reason why you’re cancelling?

I agree with all that’s been said BTW. Our Laur is a proper greedy fucker.

This is spot on. Exactly why she asked the question. She is a disgraceful woman who should be ashamed of herself. I wonder how happy she really is at what she’s become.

Took her boys to see Father Christmas today. Didn’t the youngest have a bad tummy yesterday?! Great way to spread it round!!

Ugh those outfits on the boys. They look cute but like they just came out of a catalogue. It’s just too try hard and twee 😬

I think the time has come to unfollow the shopping channel. She posts nothing else now, she doesn’t even stay ‘on brand’ with the ads she does. Sheer bloody greed.

I didn't see your message as it was posted when I was typing mine but... this! This is why I am so disgusted. Well said! 🙌

Another day, another ad. as the only meaningful content. They are pimping out their lives and their children. They have sold their souls.

I feel so sorry for their children who will be able to access the digital imprint of their family in just a few short years, reading all of the comments made on Tattle and other sites commenting in detail about their childhood.

I know I sound jealous and I’m really not but how does she make it all look so perfect! I have boys older Than hers, and I can barely get a good picture of them both at the same time let alone with father Xmas with the perfect lighting and pristine outfits. I think I need to unfollow it’s making me feel a bit tit.

Watch Five Minute Mum's stories today and I promise it will make you feel better. I LOVE her. She comes across as an amazing, incredible, loving mum but who always, always tells it like it is - showing the best and the very worst. Her stories today do just that.

She lights up Instagram with her humanity and a very healthy dose of reality!

She is the antidote to the fakeness and greed of Hunters and Heels!

You don’t sound jealous at all. She made me feel seriously tit a while ago too but now i see it all for what it really is. It’s all fake and advertising freebies etc. Fancy filters and lighting to get the perfect picture. Nothing spontaneous about it at all. I bet your time with your family is far more enjoyable than hers because you’re not trying to be something you’re not.

She did a photography degree. So don’t feel tit. She has been a professional for the past 15 years. She’s not just whipping out her iPhone trying to capture the moment. She’s got her £3k cannon and lighting ring in the back of the car “just in case”

There's nothing wrong with this to be fair. I do the same re:photos except my Canon cost 6k 😂 and I'm a pro so the pictures of my children are obviously fantastic 🙈 I think the only reason I'm even still following her is for the photos, I can't think of the last time I actually read a caption or engaged at all 🤷‍♀️

Everyone thinks she is being altruistic with her giveaway. But when you look closely she has received every single things she is giving away for herself. So keep one, give one away!

Sadly there could be lots of people just ticking the like and not reading captions this is where she is clever at manipulating people. She and her minions and these companies sending her freebies are deluded to think she’s giving great content and she had a great audience base but it’s not. She’s as fake as can be even though yes, they are nice photos.

Yes. She could have given both away and chose not to! Her manipulation of her followers, asking them for what they wanted and then approaching the brand for a freebie for herself is sickening.

Please bare in mind that those outfits were all freebies and would have been pre-planned for weeks for Instagram. Most mums are focused on their children's memories and enjoyment. Not on making it look good and recording it for others to see, giving an unrealistic and unrelatable view of family life.

Another Tattler was right. Worwee wasnt well yesterday and shouldn't have been taken to an area swarming with children.
