I never understand how anyone enjoyed this film let alone found it remotely scary, I genuinely thought it was a comedy/spoof ‘horror’ type thingHaven’t seen Babadook but just googling it has terrified me![]()

Did you watch the making of thing on BBC4 that was on prior to the film? The Fear Of God: Twenty-Five Years Of The Exorcist.I rewatched The Exorcist last night! Still one of my favourites! Genuinely disturbing!
Sinister with Ethan Hawke. Is there a horror film that you have seen that really has creeped you out?
Even the Cilla soundtrack was bearableI watched this film a few nights ago and was also pleasantly surprised. I loved the ’60s London throwbacks
No poltergeist? That scared me to death when I was wee so did nightmare on elm street. Love the lost boys to .I’m generally more into older horrors! I adore The Wicker Man, found that really disturbing! Also:
Nightmare on Elm Street
The Shining
The exorcist
Halloween
Eden Lake
American werewolf in London
Audrey Rose
Orphan
The Descent
Friday 13th
psycho
Scream
The lost Boys
The Creep Show
no one ever seems to remember this film when I mention it ! It’s so fantastic! The atmosphere, the slow burn creepiness, the use of sound, I think it’s one of the best modern horrors I’ve ever seen. The others is a brilliant film!
The imagery is creepy in Insidious. It always scares me when the scary face appears when they are sitting at the table.Sinister and insidious are really good
