Doesn’t rhyme with trade plant but yes about two years ago!! Maybe a coincidence 🤷‍♀️😂
Dont know why I'm being all shady it wasnt me that did it 😂I'm in North Derbs.

Also my friend works in a young secure childrens home. Dont know if anyone heard about the twilight killers...

Home to the girl! He said shes very timid but if the girl didn't meet the boy it would never have happend. Like a crazy mixture of their emotions 😳 she tired blaming it all on the boy but he (my friend) said she was deffientaly the one in charge.

Not a murderer but a school mate of my younger sibling went to prison for raping and battering a woman in her 80’s after knocking on her door in the early hours. She, having lived there all her life, opened the door in complete confidence it was a neighbour in need of her help. She was never able to go back to her home of 50+ years as she was so traumatised and died a year or so later. The rapist was an 18 year old high on drugs.

I remember being so, so shocked reading it in the local news. And then the rapist was named, I nearly fell over. My sibling is a few years younger than me and they’d been friends in their early teens. This boy had been to our house, had always seemed a lovely lad. He wasn’t. I think he may be out now.
Was this in Scotland by any chance? I remember reading about an eerie similar case up here. The boys mum noticed all the police activity and knew they were looking for a young man with a distinctive jumper or something. Turns out her son confessed to her and she marched him straight out to the police and disowned him.

Horrible case entirely.

Haven't got a clue don't use netflix it was on tv last night i think crime investigation channel or something
Ah. It's become a famous case so I'd deffo say it was the one you watched. Really disturbing. If you were interested in the story, the mother of the girl wrote a book about it all and what happened afterwards. It's so so sad 😔

I used to hang out in a large group and one of the lads in the group has been done for rape. I'd be lying if I said the classic 'I always thought he was odd'. He was a bit grabby and play-fighty with everyone but I always put it down to his learning difficulties he had. I was shocked but others weren't and found him creepy.

Also I didn't know the person but friends did, a guy met up with another guy in a dispute over a girl and he stomped on the lad's head and basically jumped on him to death, he lived on the same road as me and went to school with my brother.

I know that this isn't murder, but my friend used to work at a pub. He said that women can actually get quite vicious and use their heels in people's faces. He's been stabbed for doing nothing wrong, literally just looking at someone and he saw someone get stabbed too for pushing in the queue.

In response to what makes someone murder, it can range from mental health and sadistic issues because of childhood to crazy moments where a fight goes wrong or punching someone once in the wrong place and it kills them. I find it scary that people actually plot out there to harm someone and bring their life to an end.

Personally I always find accidental murder more scary... like the VAST majority of people don’t plan/calculate to kill, there may be criminals out there but the number of People actually plotting murders is probably quite minimal. I find ‘one punch’ murders, or someone who stabs someone in the heat of the moment and only Inflicts one fatal wound to be more scary because it feels like ANYONE (including yourself) could do that in a snap instant and change the course of your life/someone else’s life/your families life etc. I find that way more scary to be honest!

I went to school with a guy who murdered a heavily pregnant girl and her little dog about 10yrs ago now. It was national news for a long time. It happened across the road from where my grandmother lived. He was convicted for child destruction as the baby was perfectly formed, named and was nearly due to be born till he murdered them. One of the most evil things I've ever heard in my life.

When I was a child I lived a few doors up from a large family of boys. All nice lads, we used to hang out & play games etc. The oldest son turned out to be a murderer when he grew up. He strangled his girlfriend. Shocked was not the word when I found out.

I once lived in a street where a man was in a relationship with a woman. He started an affair with her sister and then the girlfriend ended up murdered. We believe the sister helped murder her own sister.

I knew a boy who plotted revenge on his lovers ex on millennium eve... they drove around to the street to 'get him', to a house opposite where my auntie lives...and petrol bombed what they thought was his house. It was the wrong house and they nearly killed an innocent man sleeping in his bed. Will never forget my aunties neighbour pounding on our door, in the middle of our party to tell her!

Worst of all I used to work closely with a man in a large industrial company. He was very creepy and always made inappropriate comments. Being young I used to laugh it off. He always used to offer all the girls a lift home after nights out drinking. I always refused... Turns out I was right to refuse as a few years later he was arrested for kidnapping and raping a woman in his works van. He fully intended to kill her it transpired. He had a fully fledged murder kit in his van.

I was also once good friends with a lad who I drifted apart from when he went off the rails on alcohol and drugs. Over the years he committed a number of violent crimes, but the worst was where he beat his girlfriend so badly in a tent in the middle of a field, he nearly killed her. Her injuries were like a car crash victims. She was on life support for weeks. That one didn't surprise me as I felt he had the evil in him.

I went to college with a guy who was a bit of a mums boy, bit weird but seemed harmless and friendly. Turns out a few years later he was convicted of downloading child pornography. Not a murderer I know but equally as shocking to me.

I'm pretty sure I could name more events but I'd be here all night!
Bloody hell!

I don’t know anyone personally. But an old colleagues daughter was murdered by her ex husband. They had 3 kids, so lost their mum and their dad is now in prison. Ironically it was an argument about seeing the kids that made him snap apparently. He will probably never see them again now anyway. What a total waste of a precious life.

Years ago my sister sold her car to a man who my dad knew. We then had a spate of attacks by a man with a hammer in the local park and this man who bought the car was eventually arrested after nearly killing someone.

My sister then bought a car from a man who went on to kill his 8 month pregnant wife because she wouldn’t let him move his girlfriend in. He then scattered her body parts quite close to where we lived, he set the body parts on fire. Police found a shovel etc in the boot of his car. The car he sold to my sister was quite distinctive and he was well known so people assumed the car he sold my sister was the one he had used and would always ask her...she ended up selling her car pretty soon after.

I have only really ‘known’ people after they committed murder. I was fascinated by murder/serial killers as a teen so used to collect the Murder in Mind magazines and read the True Crime magazines, I started writing to a few people on death row and with some it carried on for way over a decade. I watch True Crime channels now and feel really uneasy when they cover someone I once thought of as a ‘friend’. I feel repulsed now hearing about the crimes they committed.

My partner and I were walking home from the pub last year, we saw our next door neighbour running towards us so we stopped to chat, he then collapsed literally at our feet. We went to put him in recovery and he was gushing blood from a massive stab wound in his chest. It was absolutely awful, we sat with him as he died and tried to comfort him.

Turns out his girlfriend had stabbed him after she found out he was cheating. She then got her teenage son to hide the knife down the drain and say he had done it. Luckily the police were able to see footage off of our other neighbours Ring doorbell which showed the two of them on the doorstep! It was so awful but I honestly wasn't shocked, she wasn't wired up right. We could always hear her shouting through the walls and she had once graffiti-ed his car and smashed all the windows in 😳

She tried to claim insanity but luckily the judge saw right through it. I just feel sorry for the kids she left behind and what they have to deal with on a daily basis now. It really shocked our little village and closed it down completely for 2 days, we were all stalked by the local papers for weeks and they even tried to take pictures through the woman's letterbox!

Spent time with a young woman who had been convicted as a teenager of manslaughter of another girl and filming it on her phone. Having met her mother I wasn't surprised she'd gone so feral as a kid. Her mother clearly could not care less about her or her grandchild, was more interested in her much younger boyfriend and the young lady wouldn't let her own child be left alone with the mother for even a minute, even in the next room with the door open.
When I initially read about the case in the tabloids I was disgusted but meeting some of the people involved was an eyeopener. The girl had clearly had a lot of anger management done.whilst inside.

This has just popped up in a Facebook group I’m in 😂

Yes, I have. My brothers girlfriend stabbed her mother to dead in a frenzied knife attack and a man I know literally got away with murder as the police illegally recorded him speaking with his solicitor

Just to add if anyone wants to read about the massive cock up message me as I don’t want to put it on here 😂

I worked with a guy who murdered his ex, they had 2 young children. Such a shame. Think it was something to do with her having a new boyfriend.

Also was friends a long time with a guy who ended up getting done for child pornography who at the time told us all he was under investigation for possession of cannabis until it came out in the papers...

Such awful stories, worse than any horror film, tbh. I worked on and off with people in prison, some seriously mentally ill others not, so I met quite a few murderers, sex offenders, paedophiles and even a mass shooter once. The crazy ones are very sad because often when they are well, you can’t imagine them doing things they’ve done. There’s a lot of low IQ and subtle brain damage among violent offenders, lifetime of neglect and abuse etc. The worst are paedophiles who tend to appear as pillars of community. For me they are really close to true evil.
Personally, though, I knew soldiers who killed people in combat, those who were drafted as teens were really cut up about it and a childhood friend of mine ODd and died because he couldn’t cope with what he’s been made to do. Another, a former SAS bloke slept like a baby at night, had zero regrets, But the saddest was my best friend’s sister’s husband who had a very abusive father, and one evening he snapped during family dinner, as his dad went to hit his mum again, he hit the dad, dad fell and hit his head and because he was an alcoholic, he bled into his brain and died and the son ended up in jail with a 10 year sentence. Imo the guy didn't deserve to be punished at all, considering the circumstances,.
