I spent £35 once on a pair of suck you in knickers from M&S and they were absolutely shite. I went to Primark and spent £20 on 5 pairs and my god, it was like I was trapped in a vice and I loveeeed it!
I guess we don’t all have posh Hatties husbands budget lol
Oh yes, Primark might be going a bit teenagey at times, but their underwear, pjs (beats Bourne sisters!) and Ugg knock off slippers….. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

That’s what pisses me off too with influencers, they always say my stuff is brands I love and just recommendations. But in reality, magazines and newspapers don’t do reviews anymore, not like the good old days where they would try six brands and four people would try it and tell you the scores (I grew up in the Shout days where six girls reviewed a Rimmel mascara 😂).
Now it’s one persons view and people do listen (look at how much make up the make up influencers sell of their ‘own brand’ but yet rave about the cheaper stuff 🤷🏻‍♀️) and someone will spend a fortune on those crappy pants because they don’t know that cheaper are jsut as good (because now they can’t read a baby magazine and see loads of reviews)
It’s reviewing things under another name. And not done as fair comparisons

Yeah the magazines were even worse for sponsored content…… Beauty editors etc get treated very well by brands and or companies to get those good ratings and mentions. It’s like taking influencers on holiday but then gifting them stuff (like benefit did) - they’re hardly going to say it’s bad!

Don’t think the magazines for a second arent 500x worse than influencers!!

Omg hattie’s video about her husband 🤮 it’s so forced. They are both posers too. I don’t know it’s like they don’t save anything for private other than sex! Constantly seeking others approval- you do realise people have their own lives right?? No one cares.
As for Lauren Pack, what sort of a mum are you? Maybe one that works? Isn’t addicted to taking pictures of clothes they send back Who the hell does she think she is asking others what type of a mum they are? Well done you’re organised- what else would you be doing! Honestly it makes my blood boil the cheek of this woman.

I think it is worse, but maybe that’s just age, and that there is a lack of critical thought from people now about how things are being sold, and how to advertise something properly 🤷🏻‍♀️
modern influencing just seems so much more insidious then in years gone by to me. You could look at a mag and maybe assess that somethings were freebies, based on the article and you knew it was written by a journo/pr person (if you were lucky, you got a sample or the actual item stuck to the mag!).
Now there’s so much blurring between ad/gift/bought it myself that it’s hard to know what is what. And that is my worry, at 15 I could read cosmo and decide what was clearly being flogged and what was a genuine review, whereas now, advertising is everywhere and I don’t think a lot of young kids can spot being sold too, it’s just so constant. You can’t even watch a make up video without feeling it’s just an ad, and all you want to do is see how to do a cat eye!
and advertising used to be such a specialist field with lots of creatives and it seemed well, special. Now it feels like half the adverts are just ‘hey guys, love this, but I will love the competition more next week when you have just bought this….

I swear Hattie never did all these videos with the songs over them when she had the two boys. She’s obviously really happy she’s finally got a girl and it shows lol

Don’t get me wrong I think her kids are gorgeous, but they just constantly have a phone in front their faces for IG content… it’s DAILY with her.

Pet peeve is people putting up photos and videos of their kids having a bath as well, especially to over 400K people.

Didn’t realise there was a thread for these 2 shallow feckers but I’m glad I found it. I went to UEA, Mallory was friends with one of my flatmates. She dropped out after receiving her maintenance loan in second semester, might be third and flew to Dubai, she was dating this wealthy guy called Aengus and followed him there, her friend circle (bitchy popular girls) gossiped that it was because of the lifestyle and her mum (Daryl) was more than encouraging. Not surprised she suddenly fell for Joe when he made it big 🙄

Sorry for double post but it doesn’t read very well haha, sorry I’m tired. She moved to Dubai with this Aengus guy, wealthy but not attractive and her friends would witch about her that she was with him for the ££ and lifestyle. Her mum was happy for her daughter to drop out of uni and follow this guy she hadn’t been dating long to pursue social climbing

I definitely feel like there are vibes from the mum about being happy her girls are with rich sportsmen.

Ooooh!!!! Was she one of those ‘wet girls’ too- the type who can’t actually function in life and always needs a boyfriend? She seems a bit well, crap at normal life to me.

I’m so sick of unemployed mums flaunting a lifestyle they do not pay for on Instagram. It’s disgusting to think young girls could come across their pages. How can anyone who lives a life like this be a good person it’s the worst of the worst, Lauren pack

Mallory is 30 going on 80

Close-up shots of his cut/posting about an A&E trip wasn’t needed, she’s only done it because she knows there’ll be followers asking what happened as she can’t keep him off her stories/feed for a few weeks… can she? 😒

Mallorys neon blazer in today’s photos is awful! All that money just doesn’t buy style. A Balmain classic blazer would look so much better and I’m sure she could afford one, or more!

Lauren pack does not look well. Hattie a group fitness session with your baby isn’t a PT session, I know you want to be Kim kardashian but her you are not

These women look so much older than what they are does anyone else think that?

Mallory just looks like she tries so bloody hard to be trendy, it’s just a bit well, sad tbh. I wonder who’s hen do it is who she was hinting about though?

Also, does Lauren Pack need a thread of her own now? I know she doesn’t fit on the proper wags page, but We never see her with Hattie now and it would make it easier for you guys who do follow her to talk about her without it throwing in the middle of other stuff, and if I’m really honest, I wouldn’t even know what Hattie was up to because of Mallory. Or even a lower league wag thread because they all seem to be a pack, like the big league girls do.

I am constantly shocked they are both younger than me! By a good 5 years or so!

That she does. I only wish I had half of her confidence and I know I’ve achieved a lot more in my life even if I don’t have kids/have ever married my partner in a flash do. That said, maybe people who do achieve less are more confident because there’s less to feel anxious about 🤷🏻‍♀️

To be fair though, a lot of PTs offer fitness sessions like this postnatally, I know the mum club Courtney Lawes’ wife runs used to offer them. Because gym crèches won’t often take teenies, and hubbies are back at work by the time women can exercise. It’s a money maker really; get a group of mums in and offer it to be baby friendly and then flog them solo sessions for when baby is a bit older. And the mums who exercise at this stage are normally the type who would keep it going.

It would be such a sorry state of affairs in that thread that it’s almost worth it…
It would be hilarious. And drag the others out that aren’t Hatties gang who might be even worse (and I wouldn’t have to hear about them, wags are a reason I avoid football 😂)
