BANANA BREAD

As a mom and a woman of color, this recipe is one of my favorites as it represents female empowerment on a granular level:
  • 2 or 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 120g butter, softened
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 2 medium eggs, beaten
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 fresh members of staff
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees (160 fan). Lightly scream at the staff members until they produce a banana bread to your standards. Best served warm with a thrown cup of tea.
