I didn't really get the Josephine Baker reference in connection to Smeg, to be honest, but I also am not French. If it's skin color, that's just lazy, but I don't think that's what it was. I'm not very familiar with Ms. Baker's work so I can't really comment there.

I just don’t get why they actually think they are more important than anyone else in the RF to issue their own thing. It’s either just the usual narc stuff, or they really do see it as an us and them and will make a point of it forever more, but point scoring on the day of 99 year old mans death is a new low, even for them.

Also it’s apparently a reference to Josephine Baker before everyone screams racism. Why they would reference Miss Baker is a mystery to me.
He should attend. He's Philip's son. Bea and Eugenie too. I'm sure the Chapel is large enough to allow social distancing between the family.
I know PA is an arse but I do feel bad he can’t be there to say goodbye formally to his father! He’s being refused to say goodbye to his own father. If H really wanted to say goodbye he would have flown over weeks ago!!
