Every single thing I've seen since that ginger prick arrived yesterday has been spinning this like it's a long overdue family reunion, the media are seriously downplaying every single thing this traitor and his harpy have been saying for the past 4 years, bloody Vanessa Feltz trying to show off her fancy ass vocab by spitting out the word rapprochement every 5 seconds......and criticising William for not seeing his brother, have the media actually gone mad??

Couldn't agree more.He absolutely loves having the bag carriers, ahem, security around him. We are supposed to believe that he wants privacy but it's so obvious that he relishes the attention. And always did, imo.
I would bet he misses that aspect of royal life more than anything else. The pomp and ceremony that he was able to take for granted for so long. The fancy cars, the police escorts.
I bet he loved being escorted to meet Charles, just like old times... and then being granted such a brief audience hopefully reminded him of harsh reality.
My husband never gets into a conversation about the harkles, he's never expressed an opinionon them, he's pretty ambivalent about the royal family and doesn't get drawn into discussing them n any depth.

but it doesn’t wash because any normal person who can put themselves on someone else’s shoes would realise that this was very weird indeed. Many of us have been the parent in hospital or the child visiting. I think of my mum’s devastation if any of us had done this to her. So very cold, perhaps on one side, perhaps on both. I cant think of a situation in which this would be a normal or tolerable way to behave. Sorry, it’s just not.
