Fabricating claims to social workers, stalking.... Last I saw him was in the ER as my eldest had been injured playing rugby. as I walked down the hallway to where my child was, my nex was walking behind me making Joker laughing sounds. the doctors in the ER noticed his bizarre behaviour and finally asked him to leave. He threw a fit and was escorted out and I was asked if I was safe to go home or needed a police escoort. Smegs is that level of crazee. I have always feared for the safety of the Cambridges and their kids.

a couple things 1) the last court case was soo egregious and he was litigant in Person to save costs, that the judge listened to nex claims and demands and judge made it clear that he didn't believe his claims and would hold him to a veeeery high standard of evidence etc. He then announced that he would deputize himself (which he did right then and there, in the court room) to the High Court because he himself wanted to see it play out and make the judgment. The asshole visibly panicked and then the judge added that if nex did not meet the judge's standard of proof etc, he would rule against the nex and make him pay not just all my legal expense but even consider damages, as he was one case away from being deemed "vexatious litigant". NEx pooped himself and wiithdrew the application. 2) I was the greyest of greyrocks. I had cut off all means of contact and communication so he took me to court to force me to communicate with him (yeah). I had an IDVA (Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate) read the emails as they would cause me major panic attacks. the IDVA and I would agree if a response was necessary and what iit should be but she kept an eye on if it was swaying into abuse or threat territory and would add that to the very long report that the police had on him. It was interesting as he was a suspect in a viiolent assault that took place in our part of London on a lady who looked like me. They never managed to prove it (or catch the perp) but he was prime suspect not just because of the physical similarites but the behaviour specialists thought the record they had on him suggested psychopathy. He still doesn't know about his record as it is protected under Domestic Abuse protocol. 3) I lost my job and so he knew he coould no longer try to come after me for maintenance/other money and 4) our child that was sadly the plaform for his years of attacks turned 18 and that was it. No more grounds for anything. He timed out. It was insidious and tbh the legal system is wildly abused like this very very often. It is an actual tactic that Father4Justice train their members on. Well said. This is what Harry Markle Wordpress posted recently. KC is putting his "concerns" about the Stoat being tipped over the edge because of his MH issues. Putting these concerns ahead of the Commonwealth, the RF members and public opinion. The narrative of a loving father who wants his son home despite everything, repeated at intervals in the press.Well, only just over a week to go and we'll see what sort of backbone KC3 actually has.
If it's true that the Waleses (particularly William) are the target, and he and Camilla emerge fairly unscathed in comparison, what will he do? Breathe a sigh of relief, give titles to the Flatpacks, give the Harkles a relatively prominent role in the Coronation, and to hell with how hurt William and Catherine are?
Or will he publicly defend his heirs, William and George, from an increasingly bitter, resentful Sparry?
And if he doesn't do the latter, then why on earth should William pledge allegiance at the Coronation to someone who won't stick up for him?
I know this may sound harsh, but if it's true that KC3 has ongoing concerns about Hazza's mental health situation, that should be a private, family matter.
It should not mean that Hazza is free to take potshots at the RF, the media and the country in general, and attempt to disrupt the CW, with no pushback other than vague platitudes and the distraction of some amusing seating arrangements. All because KC3 may be reluctant to deal with it head-on. The UK cannot and should not be held to ransom like that. Where will it end? You can't carry on kicking the can down the road, in the vain hope you'll be left alone while everyone else goes under the bus. That's not the mark of a leader. It's cowardice.
If KC3 wants to make Hazza's wellbeing his main priority, then I hope he understands that it's not also the country's/Government's priority. If he can't separate the two, then he should do the decent thing, step down, and let William take over.
I hope KC3 steps up and makes the right choice, but I shan't be holding my breath.

Per the US Supreme Court, the standard for public figures to recover for defamation is “actual malice.” That standard refers to the defendant’s knowledge of the truth or falsity of the statement.
