Yes, it does rather scream "convenient place to spend a 30-minute photoshoot before heading off to spend a weekend hobnobbing with Indian billionaires / Bollywood stars". My former in-laws had a similar set-up in a poor country and once you've seen behind the curtain it's quite obvious what the real goal of such things is.

It makes me so so sad that people lower them themselves to do this sort of thing just to get publicly .

I feel guilty of the fact I can get Vaccines medications just like that yet there are these poor Countries who have nothing & have to suffer the indignity of parasites using them for publicly and then just bleeping off to their next vanity project most people in the public eye are guilty of this
